No hot water for the shower, was luke warm. Didn’t warm me up when I was cold, disappointing. Fridge was not very cold. Otherwise ok.

Clean rooms quite, nice breakfast and nice people working there.
Close by Tampa, Clearwater and St. Pete.

From checkin to checkout our stay was wonderful! Our room was very clean and allowed for a wonderful stay!

The fan blew cold air in my room all night long. I went to the front desk at 2 am and asked for help. The fan could not be turned off by the thermostat or the heat/air system. I left a written message for the manager and did not receive a call back. It was handy for flying out of the airport. The kitchen was very good.

My water was cold, my fridge did not work. WiFi wouldn’t work. I was switched rooms and still faced all the same issues and I was downgraded rooms and was not compensated for what I paid for the king room to down grade to the other room

Breakfast is great, nice options. Always good. Staff is great and friendly. Rooms are nice.

I sleep with a fan on. They went above and beyond and provided me with a box fan. The room was nice and clean. The only thing that may improve the experience is hot water for the shower. There was hot water but personal preference would have the water hotter.

The room was good, comfy bed. The coffee was good and the bfast better than average. Service was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I think this is a good property.

Girl at front desk was very friendly. I should have got her name. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was a perfect temperature. We slept very well and left the next morning without eating breakfast.

The hotel and my hotel room were very clean.
Unfortunately, the fan in my bathroom was broken and my fridge wasn't working properly, but after a visit from a tech, 2 hours after my call to the front desk, she adjusted the temp. The fan was never repaired.
