Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Baymeadows in Jacksonville

Horrific!
I used to come here years ago when it was wonderful! I wanted a great “sit-down” Chinese meal and was really looking forward to going back to the Pagoda. The first thing was the big beautiful dinning room was closed and walled off so you are made to eat back in the old lounge with the TV behind the bar on a football game! No Chinese music or Chinese atmosphere whatsoever! I ordered hot & sour soup, a spring roll and Kung Pao chicken. The hot and sour soup was very good!The spring roll was literally still frozen in the middle! That makes me think they aren’t homemade! I sent that back and asked for another. It came out with the meal and this time was soggy and not very hot! The Kung Pao chicken was absolutely the worst I have ever had! The water chestnuts were canned and the sauce tasted like the chow mein my grandmother used to like that came from a can! (Yuk) The white rice was either undone or it had been sitting around for a day or so. They asked if I would like something to replace the entree so I asked the waitress to suggest something she thought was cooked good there. She couldn’t suggest anything so I said just bring some General Tso’s chicken. (At this point I had lost my appetite and thought how could they screw up deep fried chicken pieces!) It tasted like they just drenched the deep fried chicken pieces in Tabasco sauce, it literally wafted from the plate and there were 2 broccoli florets next to it. I took two bites and was done! I didn’t even get a to go box. They took the spring roll off the ticket, I paid and left.
F Y I I never complain but this was so bad that I had to post it especially since it had a pretty good Google rating. I sure hope it was just an off night!

Last time I went and ordered a sour cream and chives baked potato. They were out. This time I got a hard, dry potato plain. With no sour cream. What the hell Wendy's. Step it up.

Because we've been waiting and standing infront of the door, nobody even dares to open it and it's past 10:30 am the door still lock. Employees saw us but ignores us. Then a male employee opens the door telling us it's open and he did not even apologize at all to the extent he has the guts to accuse us why we did not open the door. My kids and I tried to open on two different doors but it's locked. They need to have trainings on how to treat and put their customers first and with respect. Eventually my family and I went to other place and will never go there at all and I will share this bad experience to all we know. This is not a good place. No manners at all.
