Wonderful hotel. Great service. The only downside is that it's far from outlets, markets, etc. You'll need a car to get around the city.

Clean room and very friendly staff

Toilet was too low and there was no microwave in the room. Icemaker and microwave for use was down the hall, and neither was working until after I called the front desk. Great customer service at the front desk.

Location was great! The view was Amazing! And the Food was Immpecable! My wings were cooked to perfection! Especially after enjoying a few delicious drinks made by Heather at the bar!

The hotel environment was nice, and the staff were friendly to us. The signal in the room we stayed in on the first day was poor, but after we asked to change rooms, they immediately arranged a new one for us. The staff were very friendly.

There was a lot I liked about Criwne staff was fantastic. Libby was very beautiful and relaxing. But my bed sheets had a weird mark on them that was off putting. I took pictures I can send them on request

The Moran theater was directly across the street. We didn’t require an uber to get to our effect. It was very convenient!

The AC never really got cold; the sink didn’t drain, and about 4 AM we heard rap music from next door. The smell of pot was pretty strong in certain places, and there were no “direct call” instructions for the hotel front desk, bell hop, etc. instead, we had to call the reservation hotline to get the number to the front desk. It was just wasn’t the best stay we’ve had.

The location on the St John’s is a stellar location especially for 4th of July and the fireworks. If it wasn’t for that would not stay here. Hotel is in terrible need of renovations and then they need to maintain it.

Staying for one or two nights is okay, but for families or if you need workspaces, it's not convenient at all. The staff is friendly, but the room has a strange smell, and there is some damage to the building. Amenities are lacking; the gym is well below average, and there are no areas for taking a call or having a quick meeting.

We took the trip to go Jacksonville down town and stayed a night in this hotel which is only 15 mins drive. There is nothing to complain about the hotel. Spacious entrance lobby. Environment is quiet and peaceful. There is a restaurant where we have fish fillets in the evening which are soft and tasty. Cheesecake is also good.

It was clean, check in was easy. There is a 100 dollar deposit as an addition to your stay cost. The microwave kept flipping the switch in the room. Amazing customer service, mediocre room. The room was clean but was also a handyman special. The bathroom door didn't fit the frame, so it couldn't close, to give you an idea.
