I was extremely disappointed with my stay. As soon as I walked into the room, I found and killed a roach in the bathroom. That immediately made me question the cleanliness of the room, and I no longer felt comfortable staying there.

Because of this, I checked out within minutes of arriving. I expected a clean, pest-free room, especially after paying for my stay. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below my expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

My room had roches and I was having so many issues opening my room door. No towels were in tye pool. Requested extra towels for my room and never received them. Never again j will be stay in this hotel

Staying for one or two nights is okay, but for families or if you need workspaces, it's not convenient at all. The staff is friendly, but the room has a strange smell, and there is some damage to the building. Amenities are lacking; the gym is well below average, and there are no areas for taking a call or having a quick meeting.

Room was very dirty, but I have to say that the staff was great at reception. The guy was so kind and he changed my room at the right moment I complained. I was in hurry when I made my check in and I had to shower anyway, no time for complaining, so I was really disgusted to the dirty floor and bed sheets. I traveled from Orlando, all I want to have on that moment was a good bed and a good shower and I didn’t find it at the moment. After dinner, I requested to room change and, as I said, he found a new room and it was cleaned.
Thank you very much for hearing your guests, I don’t want a free room or a free trip, the thing is the Wyndham in Brazil is a very good hotel label and I thought it would be the same here in US. Anyway, thank you so much for your interesting they are just needing an emphatic training. “ how would I like to be treated if I was the guest”

The rooms need a major update. Hard entering the room. Then the fixtures need to upgraded. Some places missing baseboards. Just needs to lower price until all rooms are upgraded.

Room needs to be clean while the guest is out on an outing. Microwave was burning and needs to be replaced.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times as a midway stop traveling back home from FL. We never really had any issues until this last stay. Our hotel room had two full size beds. As I was getting ready to go to sleep in one of the beds, I smelled the scent of urine. I thought I was going crazy but when I moved the pillows I definitely smelled urine coming from the bed. I had to share the other bed with my kid.
What I couldn’t understand is how housekeeping made the bed up without realizing the mattress smelled of urine. Or, housekeeping did smell the urine and did not bother to do anything about it. This is something you would notify management about and throw away the mattress. I did notify the front desk about this. I always enjoyed staying at this hotel but after the urine filled bed and other guests being loud in the hallway at 2 o’clock in morning, I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again.

We took the trip to go Jacksonville down town and stayed a night in this hotel which is only 15 mins drive.
There is nothing to complain about the hotel. Spacious entrance lobby. Environment is quiet and peaceful. There is a restaurant where we have fish fillets in the evening which are soft and tasty. Cheesecake is also good.

The front desk staff, Tabitha and Madison were very helpful with checking in and resolving a maintenance issue the night we checked in. This was our second time at this location. We will probably stay here again for any future trips to Florida.
