Room was dirty with blood in the bathtub. Nothing like the pictures. Lobby closed from 10pm-9am. Place is gross, would never stay again. Terrible management- called to complain and get a refund and was denied- they didnt care

The rooms are clean but "tired." Rust stains around the tub and plumbing fixtures. The hotwater in the shower didn't work in the 1st room, but they were able to move us to another.

I received a call at around 730pm, asking if I was going to check in that night. Once we get there the lady locked the door, said they close the front desk at 10pm. We asked the lady what would happen if someone showed up after 10pm, she said they would have to wait at least 30 minutes before I can come to the desk, I live here so I’m on call.
The tub in the room was dirty, the bathroom had mold in the ceiling, cabinet door was hanging by a screw,the room has seen better days.
Not the best place to stay at all.

Checked in was given a room with a leak in the ceiling, and a puddle in the room, then they moved me to another room. Which smelled like sewage,

The toilet was stopped up and the front desk had the nerve to give me a plunger. That did absolutely nothing. Then had the nerve to say that I couldn't get a refund because I was there for 2 hours. Idc how long i was there if i can't use the bathroom and there isn't any more rooms. I want my money back. Luckily I found 1 3 miles away. Never again.

Walked in and said I had an online reservation. Workers first words to me were “Why are you here?” With a dirty look on his face instead of nicely saying something like “what brings you to Jacksonville”. I travel with two emotional support dogs after loosing two children. I have all the documents with doctor letters. He wouldn’t even look at it and said they weren’t support animals and charged the pet fee. Room was disgusting with lots of damage. Area felt unsafe. Called the main number to report problems. Was offered an apology but nothing else. Was kindly told support animals were not free. Perfectly fine with that. I realize they aren’t the same as a service animal. If the front desk employee had handled it that way I would’ve been just fine,but instead I was treated like dirt and like I was a liar who was trying to work the system. He made me feel horrible.

Our first impression was pleasant as the female hotel staff member was very professional and accommodating. However, the experience took a nose dive after that. The outside elevator made a terrifying noise every time it moved. We were always scared to use it and we had to since we were "older" and couldn't carry bags to a second floor room. The beds were clean and comfortable but the kitchen was a wreck! There was massive evidence of water damage, a white piece of particle board covered where a cabinet door was supposed to be. There was NO Coffee maker, no trash can in the bathroom, and no ice. We asked the front desk for some plastic cutlery and were advised by a rude man at the front desk that we could walk to the nearest gas station to get some. Eight minutes before our checkout, we were rudely bullied by that same male employee that we needed to vacate. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Food was amazing I live in NC and never miss a chance to get some food when I am in FL. The store is busy but my wait for two meals was about 5 min good job guys

I come here a lot... great grilled chicken and the yellow rice is great. I drive a little bit more just because the service here is better than the one on Atlantic blvd.

I can't say much for the employees as I only used the drive thru, but the food! The food was delicious and the flavors were some of the best. Surrounded by average everyday nationwide chain restaurants, this establishment sets itself apart in their selection of island and topical flavors that are worth the stop. I will definitely visit them again.

I randomly found this place on my way to Zaxby's (right next door) actually. Wasn't sure of what to order on the menu there; so, I "played it safe," ordering the grilled wings and waffle fries. WOW!!! The flavors were incredible! Best wings and waffle fries I ever had. They were so good, I circled back and ordered another 5 piece in 5 minutes! Delish!!! Can't wait to revisit. Price point in commendable also. Check it out! Healthier "fast food."

The food is good. I enjoy the tropi-chop bowls. They are a great value. My rating would be higher, however the dining area is always dirty. The tables, floors, condiment and drink stations are always in need of attention.
