Rooms are clean, but bathrooms are NOT well kept. Missing shower curtains, broken fixtures.
No heat in our room. Couldn't get the fan to turn off
Harry the guy at the front desk always charged me different prices for a room and I was treated unfairly after addressing about my receipt he gave old receipts instead of the ones from my last transaction to cover all the money they was stealing from me
Rooms are nasty some ac units don't work they don't clean rooms with bleach was midew in sink counter was nasty dirty so gross wasn't worth money not worth 1 star ewwwwww never stay there again red roof is cheaper and cleaner i heard shoulda went there!!!!!!
I work here. Old furniture, clean rooms, reasonable price. You can pay with cash or credit no security deposit required. If all you need is four walls, a roof, and a bed we got you. Just don't expect anything fancy for $67 Sun thru Thurs and $72 Fri and Sat. Management runs a tight ship. If you cause trouble or disturb any of the guests or staff you will be told to leave and put on the do not return list.
Room was horrible please don't WASTE your money!!
Not a safe place to stay the night with you're family. Very nasty and smells for a place to take a date to get Lucky. So that leaves if you have to have a place to get some sleep by yourself for something very important and this is the ONLY place you can find than thus is a place you can stay at your own risk.
I don't know what else I expected. This place is disgusting. So nasty. They were working on some room next to ours and I guess the were retiling. They were standing on the balcony drinking and they continue to do so pretty late. The halls smelt like pure piss. There were parts to needles in the room. Left and complained and all the last could say is... I'm not the manager and I've been getting complaints all day I'll tell someone.
Location is good for airport traveling and I think they let you keep your car there for a daily fee but other than that it's a below average hotel
Slept good....would give three but the maids barge in your room

Food was AMAZING! I got the Pork 3-ways platter with beans, coleslaw, and cornbread. Everything was super tasty. We did carry out and they were quick and made sure we had everything we'd need for the food. I was very impressed with the whole experience!

The barbecue meat was really good and salad bar was fresh. Being from South Carolina, Georgia and Florida do not know how to make Hash; I would like them to try making hash. For those that don't know what hash is it goes over rice. I would have to look up the recipe to let you know exactly what's in hash.

The food was great the waitress treated us with disrespect and really short and just not very nice we were we like giving good tips but we don't give good tips to people that are very rude and we were there with family and they even treated my family rude like she asked for a mustard sauce and she brought the wrong sauce and when she brought the right sauce she threw it down on the table I grew up on that side of town and I've always loved eating there that's why I brought my family there to meet up for since we seen each other in so long and everything was great but the service and it was one writers and I don't remember what her name was or what but she didn't say and I didn't see a name badge but it totally changed my outlook now I had one waitress that was seating us that was so nice she was a young black lady and she was just so nice but then our actual waitress was just so short and rude I wish I would have took a picture of her so everybody could have seen her I didn't even think about it but I ended up just asking for all my food to be put in a to-go box so we can leave and my family did the same thing I'm not going to say we're never going to go back there again but if we do and we get the same service it will be the last time it really upset me for me to bring my mom and my uncle and his wife and kid there to be treated like that

One of the better Sonny's I have eaten at. Service was friendly and timely. Ordered the beef brisket lunch platter. Meat portion was appropriate and the meat had a nice flavor although it was drier than I would have liked. Mac and cheese was flavorful as was the bbq beans. A touch too much mustard flavor in the beans for my taste. What can I say about corn nuggets? Yum! Would definitely return to try other items but just passing through.

Consistently good BBQ. Excellent and fast service. Very friendly, down-to-earth, attentive staff. One of the last great salad bars on the North side. Excellent BBQ. Can't miss with anything on their menu. Well established BBQ joint. Dedicated take-out window. True pit BBQ. Recommend the chicken, pork, beef, ribs and turkey.

No one took our order after over 5 minutes so we just left. We went to Burger King instead. I just went to an excellent location in Melbourne and this is the complete opposite! What a dump.

This place is never staffed. Poor service, rise and just disrespectful to customers. They will not receive my business. 30 min waits are not acceptable for fast food. I have visited this place s few times and found the service always lacking.

Stopped to use the restroom and get something to eat. We were approached by 2 men in the parking lot begging for money. One of the men threatened an older gentlemen customer in the parking lot after he refused to give him money by saying "people get killed for stuff like that around here. The bathroom was disgusting. Floors covered in water and toilet paper. No toilet paper in any of the stalls. We didn't even make it to the counter to order food. We got out of there as quick as we could. Next time we will wait until we get to Georgia to stop for food.

Just like many of the individuals in these posts, I have had the same experiences. The staff is really slow on getting orders out and it's sad. My son's wanted chicken sandwiches and fries and it took about 25 to 30 minutes to complete his order. McDonald's needs to do better!
I waited so long that I decided to order pizza from Pizza Hut down the street and guess what? My estimated wait time was 20 to 30 minutes so, thank you McDonald's for allowing me to sit in your store waiting for two chicken sandwiches and a fry! Sad!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! My husband went here on 11/16/17 and they got his french fries wrong so he had to go in to get it corrected. He went into workers along with the MANAGER playing in a place of business! Pretty much not trying to correct his order basically ignoring him. And when he goes off the manager had the nerve to get an attitude. The 2nd manager came out and gave him his money back. EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE NEEDS TO BE RE-TRAINED OR CLEAN HOUSE!! DO NOT GO HERE.

I haven't been to a Burger King since 1997 but decided to try it after a miserable experience at the McDonald's next to this location. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. The employees seemed happy to be working and wanted to help us. They were smiling and everything. I will be back to Burger King in the near future.

Understaffed and prices increased 1 whole dollar lol. Also not maintained as it should be. Drink area had leaks. Furthermore, the staff members have no hair net on their head as they should when serving food.

Horrible, service was bad and store was filthy. It's a fairly new store too. There were about 4 other customers in the store. And it looked as if there were about 50, it was that dirty. The manager rolled her eyes when we walked up to the counter, and went to the back. It took about 10 minute for someone to take our order. Then another 15 minutes to get our food. Will never eat there again. Oakleaf Burger King.
