The tub and shower need replacing. Could clean better. Bed was very comfy. The shuttle was prompt. Breakfast was okay. Need better eggs. Coffee was good.

The room smelled moldy. The lady at the front desk was either super tired or stoned. The bedding was clean - yay.

This stay was great! The only complaint that I have is the bed was hard and uncomfortable. If it had a pillow topper the stay would have been excellent!

It was a very convenient location. We were getting in late and leaving early in the morning. I just needed a simple hotel for a clean safe place to sleep before heading out in the morning. Unfortunately, this hotel did not seem to be well maintained. The hallway carpets are very dirty. When we got to our room, there was a bug on the bed and we found two other bugs in the room. I went downstairs to get a different room. The attendant assisted me very quickly. When I got to my new room, there was another bug crawling on the wall by the air conditioner. I killed it and didn’t see any other ones, so I went to bed. In the morning, I told the manager and he was aware of the problem from a note that was left from the night before. He was apologetic and said he would be getting pest control to treat the room. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

I loved the location so close to the cruise port and airport. The shuttle to the airport was super easy!!! The free breakfast bar was excellent!!!

The staff was very kind and helpful. The cleanliness could be improved and the wifi is free but disconnected frequently.

We checked in at 10pm and the room looked okay but at 2am my daughter discovered roaches crawling out of the A/C unit. There were also some crawling on the walls, the desk and one was on her bed. I called the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do at 2am, so we left and went to a much nicer hotel nearby. We were told that people often leave the Sleep Inn because of roaches. The next morning I called the front desk and spoke to the manager who offered a 50% refund because we stayed there part of the night. I demanded a full refund because we were forced to leave by the roaches. He said okay, but we will see. I will contact my credit to dispute any charges. I have never seen anything like that in a hotel where I was staying. It was very disturbing.

I really liked the owners, very friendly and patient, the rest of the desk staff were not at all. Room was clean, a little worn but most are in this price range. They breakfast could have used some protein like sausage or bacon. The shuttle was a nice perk except the shuttle driver was rude and yelled at me saying I didn’t say Sleep Inn which I did and the hotel called him, this person should not be dealing with customers (the shuttle is another company and isn’t affiliated with hotel). I was satisfied all in all, maybe owners could let employees know that the customer is one paying their wages and maybe smile and say hello once in a while?? The owners always did.

Favorite hang out in Jacksonville when im waiting for airport runs

I’ve tried to give place the benefit of the doubt. Very small store with no drive through. If there’s 6 people ahead of you in line it takes 15 mins before you can even place your order. I won’t return because between the ridiculous wait and staff I’ll just go up the road. Go 2 miles up the road to the Dunn ave location.

Service is terrible. I’ve payed for2 bagels with veggie cream cheese and that was very little of it . My bagels was dry and disgusting. I went back to complain and they have attitude.

Always friendly service, I usually go in late at night and they always give me a discount on the remaining stock for the night!

The line was going so slow I couldn't even make an order! On top of that one of the worker was making sales with one of the customer that was unrelated to Dunkin Donuts which slowed everything down even more. Not sure I would recommend this location
