Unbelievably dirty, took pictures of the mold and dirt, can’t believe you would ofer this on your site, I actually run a resort and this was so unexpected!

Great location but room was not that clean. Floors dirty, run down, and no hot water.

The room did not meet the pictures online. The water had a bad smell. There was absolutely no place to put anything in the bathroom while trying to get ready. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Great location. Free parking (and parking was tricky and expensive in town!) Bed was comfy. Breakfast was better than we had expected but the pool’s walls were very dirty and it was difficult to sleep as the air-con was so noisy.

Sure the rooms are dated, but they are clean as well. Location is less than a mile from the Fort and the price for single night stay is a half to a third other local places with excellent proximity to the sites. Very comfortable stay with parking spot right outside the room door. Breakfast and pool were an added bonus. Enjoyed our quiet and peaceful one night stay. Encourage others to give it a shot.

After reading reviews as hit or miss when it comes to cleanliness, we were apprehensive to stay here. We have a toddler, so cleanliness is even more of a priority for us. The rooms are older, but after a thorough "room search" we found no bugs, no webs, no dirt or dust. The linens were clean and the bathroom spotless. We were very impressed with our stay. The historic downtown shops and restaurants, boardwalk, Fountain of Youth, and Castillo de San Marcos are all within a 3/4-mile walk, which was very accommodating for taking our little one. The pool was clean and my daughter and I enjoyed a refreshing swim. My husband and I were able to relax with a glass of wine on the lit patio and had the pleasure of meeting other guests. One of the guests reassured us that this is the cleanest and most enjoyable of the hotels in the area and that they stay here multiple times throughout the year. The only issue they ever had was with some ants, but the front desk was able to switch them to another room. We will definitely be coming back here!

The staff were welcoming, the lobby is nice. The room was good size but could have used a dresser to put the clothes in, instead of the table top. There could have been a little more room decor to make it more homey too. The beds were soft and clean. The pool area was nice and they had pool towels out too. There are a few places to sit outside to relax and listen to the beautiful peacocks close by. It's about 1 mine from St George Street . It's a nice walk with the views there and back. The trolley stops there too, so if you get trolley tickets you can hop on right there Street breakfast.
They do offer breakfast... usually eggs, sausages, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal and fruit. They also offer juice, milk and coffee. I would definitely stay here again. It's pretty close to everything.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it was awesome. I'm in a walker and they had my shower chair waiting for me in the room. The room was nice clean and room. Also the bed was comfortable. And the breakfast was great. Also the owner and staff are awesome. The owner was still there at 9pm sweeping around the hotel doors

The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. They offer a daily breakfast with a decent selection of food. The hotel is about a mile from downtown and it’s a nice walk past shops. Considering the reasonable price I would say it was worth every penny. Additionally, if you have a trolley pass the trolleys stop several times throughout the day.
