Close to a Walmart and restaurants super spacious rooms.
But biggest thing is we have only been here for about 4 to 5 hours so far but Gabriela has been absolutely amazing from the start!!! She helped with the AC all while trying ribs as quiet as possible with my 5 month old sleeping at almost midnight. Not really any issue with the AC she was just helping us get it a little cooler, regardless she has already went above and beyond. This is coming from someone who worked for Marriott for quite a few years, she's a good employee, treat her well and keep her around that's for sure! 😊😊😊😊 I just wanted to absolutely give her a shout out!

Clean comfortable rooms and this hotel is in the same parking lot as a walmart which is extremely convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay and had a very positive experience overall.
We cannot comment on the breakfast since we were not available during those hours. The area is quiet and peaceful, with very little noise, which we truly appreciated. There are also gas stations and grocery stores nearby, and the parking area is spacious and convenient.
The only issue we encountered was with the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived, we found some nail clippings near the air conditioning unit/window area, which was unpleasant. We believe paying closer attention to details like this would make the guest experience even better.
Overall, we had a good stay and would consider returning if we visit Jacksonville again.

While my room was initially clean, housekeeping did not come for 2 days; needless to say garbage piled up.
We had to leave early due to an untimely death in the family; because I made the reservation through *******, Marriott would not refund any money. I will have to rethink reserving a room at Marriott in the future.

This was our first time here, location is very conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and even the carnival port for cruisers. We stayed the night before our cruise for May16. Check in/out was east ave quick. I don’t remember the guys name who checked us in but he has great customer service.
We stayed to have breakfast at the hotel and Gabe that works by the food counter was amazing. Nice, great customer service and we witnessed how very patient he was with one of your older guests. We really can’t wait to come back I think we found our go to hotel next time we come to Jacksonville.

Very clean rooms. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. They even offer parking fir cruises.

We've stayed at the property twice while in town for a cruise. The rooms are beautifully set up and very comfortable. There's a Walmart directly behind the property. The cruuse port is rather close. The only real negative is the parking...but it is free.

Beautiful hotel property with upgraded and very comfortable rooms. Parking is good, extra parking at back of property. Main level has bar/eating area that is updated and welcome cookies were a nice touch. They were upgrading the computers so our check-in time was incredibly slow, but otherwise staff was friendly. One odd thing, the shower water stopped mid-shower, then restarted barely. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

We only needed a quick one night stay. This hotel was great! Clean, safe, close to jump back on interstate. Very nice!

Staff were pleasant and made check-in easy. Room was clean but lots of construction going on in the building that generated plenty of noise starting at 8:30-9:00 a.m. Onsite restaurant provided comfort food that was okay. It was a bit overpriced for the quality but convenience was helpful. Great access to get to Port of Jacksonville.

Hash browns fried in old smoking grease. Eggs black from dirty grill. Worse thing was the manager was cooking so you can see the filth starts at the top.

The place was dirty... I had to clean my own table.. there was trash cart by the table where people eating. Not a good place for comfort. ..
