Staff was very nice, the price of the rooms for how outdated and dirty the property was kind of irked me. Soap and shampoo bottles were empty.

Room was well kept and clean. I t was a very short stay for me so I got there late and left very early

Staff was very nice and the room was clean. Only suggestion would be some slip resistance in the tub. It was very slippery and I had an injured knee so it made showering a little difficult.

As I walked in, I was greeted by the smell of smoke. One of the workers was smoking by the door. As I exited, the same thing happened. My room was “upgraded” and I was underwhelmed. Very small, the carpet smelled, tv barely worked, etc. Nothing that I was used to. The carpet smell is all around the hotel. We didn’t stay until checkout because we weren’t used to that and didn’t feel comfortable. Also, my boyfriend came up without a key. How did staff know that he was really my boyfriend and not someone that was stalking me? The lady at the front desk was nice though. (They were talking when I walked up for check-in and check-out though. I had to wait for their convos to end) Either way, never again will we choose this hotel.

The room was very noisy and vibrated at times. I believe that this is because of the old elevator in the hotel which makes a screeching sound everyone it goes up and down. Fortunately the hotel left earplugs in the room.
The room was clean and spacious and staff are very friendly.

The hotel was conveniently located and met my needs. The front of the house staff including the supervisor were excellent and attentive. The restaurant personnel were courtesy, friendly and helpful. My only other feedback is that the other restaurant’s cook(s) must practice heating guest food properly over expediency to prevent the guest from taking an additional trip downstairs to re-warm the food themselves each occasion.

FOOD FROM ROOM SERVICE WAS AWEFUL!

We ordered 2 salads, two bowls of chicken noodle soup, bruschetta, and the steak.

The lettuce in the salads were cut into inedible large strips and more importantly, had not been washed (we bit into grit... Which is a huge health hazard). The soups did not have broth, but rather flavorless water. The steak was suppose to be cooked medium rare... It was beyond well done.

They offered a brownie and ice cream when we asked for salt to try to flavor the soup... which was delicious.

So sad that the only thing we could eat in a 60+tip meal was the free brownie!

The food is decent but seemed more like hotel food than restaurant food. Great for someone staying at the hotel that doesn't want to go too far, but it's not really representative of the restaurant scene in town. Everything at Juicy Blues, from the drinks to the appetizers to the entrees seemed just okay. The waiter was really kind and helpful though!! If you go for tapas, I recommend the bruschetta.

Have eaten there maybe 10 times and always had a top-notch experience. The staff is super friendly and goes beyond expectations to meet your needs. The food is presented in an artistic way and the taste lives up to the creation.

Stayed in the Four Points and headed down for some ordinary Hotel food , boy was I wrong. They brought their A game to the table every night. The staff seemed to take the customer service to a whole new level and I was extremely pleased. I can say there food was real food that will fill you up. It is reasonable in price and A++ in taste.

Good place for fried chicken. The shape and flavor of the chicken was not what I expected, and it's naturally got some spice to it. Standard Cajun food.

Staff tried their best. Customers were incredibly rude. Chicken had more breading than chicken it felt like. Don't think we will go back.

First time ever coming to Popeyes because I needed to get something quick before work. Ordered a 3 piece tender meal and made sure to ask the cashier how her day was going because I used to work in food service. It took 20 minutes for my 1 meal. The whole time no employee told me what was going on even though I was visibly frustrated because this made me late to work. Not one employee even smiled the whole time I was there. When I opened my food at work I saw they gave me an extra render but it didn't matter because I didn't have any sauce so it was painful to eat the chicken tenders. First and last time visiting Popeyes.

I will tell you the staff was so welcoming and friendly. The staff there made us feel at home and they made us laugh. They won us as a Lifetime Customers . The food was so delicious. The dirty rice was my favorite and of course the chicken was off the chain. We were so happy to see a Popeye's that can deliver tasty food. That is why we will always visit Popeyes when I come to Tallahassee great job.
