Front desk staff was so friendly. Recommended a restaurant and it was amazing. Really great hotel. Very clean and comfortable beds.

The food was extremely high but poor quality. Didn't get what I paid for $82 for a sandwich on a hamburger bun $16 no fries no chips never again.

Great location and friendly staff. But, property is old bathroom, ceiling had painting peeling all over. Chair in room was peeling old chair. All hallways had walls and ceiling peeling bad. Front lobby coffee area never opened for breakfast.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Parking is located in the parking garage for a healthy fee. Free parking on the streets on the weekends. The overall the room was comfortable and clean.

Staff was very nice and the room was clean. Only suggestion would be some slip resistance in the tub. It was very slippery and I had an injured knee so it made showering a little difficult.

The hotel was conveniently located and met my needs. The front of the house staff including the supervisor were excellent and attentive. The restaurant personnel were courtesy, friendly and helpful. My only other feedback is that the other restaurant’s cook(s) must practice heating guest food properly over expediency to prevent the guest from taking an additional trip downstairs to re-warm the food...

Shower drain had hair in it. Elevator wasn't working properly. Slow front desk service. Rooftop bar bartender was accommodating and friendly. $36 for overnight valet parking. Serious price gouging. Extremely limited in room media options.

The staff was exceptionally courteous. The hotel was beautiful though also had a bit of an 'old and tired' feel to IT. Our room was small and also modern and lovely. The people were fantastic.

Kudos to Front Desk staff person Dee. Dee was exceptional in reaching out to extend warm greetings and hospitality. The overall ambience was excellent. Parking was adequate. The breakfast was mediocre. Ordered a Belgian Waffle. Instead of the Belgian Waffle I got a 'Thick and Fluffy' Eggo Waffle. Ordered turkey sausages. Instead got day old cold pork sausages.

Upon arrival the entire computer system was off line and could not check in. After almost 700 miles traveled that day was not well received. I booked a king bed and was put in a double. All I needed was sleep. A couple of lights only flickered when on. Annoying. Shower water was Luke warm. Others have told me of similar checkin issues.

The way I look at it, you have to rate places like this based upon price and location. The room was clean except the floors could have used a really thorough mopping. We had everything we needed immediately upon request and I'm positive if I'd asked for someone to come mop, it would have been done asap. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a very convenient place to get to from the interstate.

Musty and crusty. This is as bargain basement as anyone should go, unless they're destitute. The "breakfast" was soooo sad it may just ruin your day. Everyone was very nice. I guess HJ's aren't what they used to be.

Room was non-smoking but still smelled like smoke next to the door because of people smoking next door. Breakfast was cramped. Not bad, shower was good, bed comfy, etc etc.

Good and quite room's staff is wonderful we had to stay a couple of extra day's and we hall a trailer for work and the 2nd shift desk clerk black off us a place to park. I thought that was very nice of him. And he helped anyway he could to make our stay very comfortable. We will stay here every time we come in to town.

Location was good. It was near fold and the highway. Rooms had enough space and bed were comfortable. Fridge and microwave. Only problem was there were barely any outlets

Check in was fast. Easy. I had pets so he gave me a room on the first floor right next to the back door. Room was spacious and very well appointed.

Staff was welcoming and very friendly. The hotel is nice and beds very comfortable. This is a great option for pet parents. The only complaint we had is breakfast was advertised as being served until 9:30 but staff both mornings ( including Saturday when other hotels serve breakfast until 10) started cleaning up/stopped replenishing empty dishes between 9:10-9:15. This didn’t affect us personally though...

The breakfast had a nice variety. We were in town for a swim meet. We appreciated that the early weekend hours.

The parking was okay, the room smelled bad, the staff was if they were mad or doing a favor to check me in.

This hotel has an unbeatable location to everything you could need within walking distance. Restaurants, shops, and attractions are all nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The beachfront access combined with easy access to local amenities made our stay absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

Staff was great. Bathroom shower rod needed replacing but staff never did it. I like the property and plan to make it my destination choice.

The room was hot, cup holder on the chairs had crumbs in it and the tub didn’t drain properly when showering

Our stay was good. Pool, room, lobby and everything was clean. The staff was nice. The gym is very small but at least it had some weights to get a little pump. The hotel is close to many things in the area, so that was convenient. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind staying there again. Good place for its price.
