Shower drain had hair in it. Elevator wasn't working properly. Slow front desk service. Rooftop bar bartender was accommodating and friendly. $36 for overnight valet parking. Serious price gouging. Extremely limited in room media options.

The staff was exceptionally courteous. The hotel was beautiful though also had a bit of an 'old and tired' feel to IT. Our room was small and also modern and lovely. The people were fantastic.

Room was nice enough but the Hotel was great for food. Drinks and relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast and mamosas were a bonus! Will go back for more FSU game day trips.

Check-in was okay, and the valet service was excellent — very prompt and professional. However, our overall stay was disappointing. We requested towels twice and never received them. Eventually, we had to go down to the front desk ourselves to get them. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, and the TV did not work properly — it kept cutting off. When we reported it to the front desk, the staff said there wasn’t much they could do, though they did contact the engineer.

The overall cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but one of the elevators was out of order, which was inconvenient. Considering these issues, our experience did not meet expectations, especially for the price and reputation of the hotel.

They accommodated the fact that we arrived late after driving from Louisiana and that was great. Our waitress was awesome and very polite. The food is very good and wish I lived closer to a place like this. Thanks for being a great restaurant.

Should be on the roof with L8 lounge, perhaps having L8 lounge have 2 levels, and Shula's have 2 levels, sharing the elevator shaft, 2 balconies with glass divider between and improved elevator lobby, for fantastic city light views. That would be awesome.

Service was 4 stars, a little cheesy but attentive. Food was pretty bad. The steak was dry, extremely under seasoned, and tough when ordered rare. The green beans turned brownish green they were so over cooked. Small and cramped space. We most definitely got looks from the entire place every time we laughed. Not a great place to impress and entertain. Dorthy, we are definitely in Kansas again with
Shula's Tallahassee.

Visited for the first time a week ago with a good friend. The decor is nice and intimate. White tablecloths, shiny silverware and long-stemmed wine glasses greet you once you sit down. The menu is gourmet and is differ everyday. I had grouper cheeks which were yummy. Our waiter has great knowledge of the menu. Overall I enjoyed my experience. The food was good, though pricey. The decor was nice and elegant and the service was great.

Unparalleled cuisine in this city. The chef here belongs in Atlanta or New Orleans. Superior service, especially from the bartender Kevin. Ask him anything. He knows. Gabby runs the floor and she's awesome. Incredible people. Try the scallops, hanger steak, grouper, or dessert bites. Hell, try everything. God I miss this place.

Excellent! The food was great the service was great!! Grouper cheeks for appetizer, mushroom soup, entree fresh red fish, and seared divers scallops! Dessert flour less choco cake and cream. Only thing i could give neg would be the $$ for cocktails due to the very small glass it comes in.
