Hotels in West Palm Beach

My only complaint was the tv stations available. mostly sports and business, family stations non existant

Sorority meeting took place here and was a pleasurable experience

The front desk staff are terrific. Extremely helpful and professional. We spoke to three of them with special requests and all of them were great. Logan was the only name I remember but his co worker was just as helpful.

The staff was amazing from start to finish. The only recommendation I would have is to use less space for the concierge parking and give hotel guests more of an option. I was there for 5 days and had to park very far away from the entrance. Also, the valet is just that a valet only . . . never said can I help you with a bag etc. Having to park far away meant I had to leave my bags at the door go park...

Room was comfortable. The pillows were too small to use one, too thick to use 2, but that seems to be the case with all hotels. It was very quiet.

Quick and easy process. Quiet and spacious room. 10 or 15 minute walk to city place. I had a great time.

Been here before. I love it. The backyard its wonderful and relaxing. Nice large pool. Good size hot tub. The staff is great. The lobby nice and big and many couches and chairs just to also sit and relax. My room was lovely. Looking forward to going back. Thanks Hilton PBI

Staff was friendly and room was clean. We unfortunately couldn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities. From the window the pool area looked inviting but we had to leave before it opened

Hotel very close to airport, busy and one of two elevators was out of service making for very long delays. Otherwise a very nice airport hotel

As soon as I got to the hotel I was unhappy. I informed the receptionist the I didn't know the hotel was on airport grounds. Online it didn't mention that Hilton palm Beach is apart of the airport. She stated that they are are Hilton Palm Beach PBI. I asked why wouldn't they inform guest if this and if my reservation could be transferred to the other Hilton hotel. She said I could try. My flight got rescheduled for 5 am the next morning and the 24 hr shuttle service to the airport was fantastic. After a long day of delays at the airport, it was great to just call and have the shuttle pick me up. The room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. At 3:30 am I was able to shuttle back to the airport.

Great hotel! Clean. Friendly staff! Great breakfast options and very conveniently located to so many great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Felt very safe here at night.

My stay at the Hyatt Place Hotel was enjoyable. The room was clean, the staff was courteous, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to come back.

I was in the area for a follow up appointment at HSS (Hospital for special surgery) after a surgery procedure and this hotel was perfect! Super close to the hospital and a great area when people need to spend time while waiting for a surgical patient. I hope I get to visit this area when I’m healthy and well!

Disappointed that the daily $30 party fee was not mentioned on your site. Room design was under par with the sink being at the base of the bed instead of in the bathroom.

Perfect spot in downtown. Skillet fried sausage, scrambled eggs, and seasoned fried potatoes w/ french toast or pancakes. Boiled eggs, muffins, cakes, fruit salad, oatmeal w/ variety of toppings and more. Great space, very comfortable. Bathroom door was a hassle because it's too big and could barely get out smoothly. It may not be purple, but 'The Florida Project' comes to mind! Cleaned well, but cockroaches. Can hear the traffic noise from the highway in your closed room, if you are on that side of the building. The middle and other side of the building are better. Took 2 days before the freezer box/section actually froze my milk, and fridge was cold. That was after they 'fixed it'. Good hotel, though it’s old but it’s well maintained.

Great reception, the attendant did everything possible to accommodate our needs. The room is very clean and looks good. This is an older hotel but it is clearly well maintained and refurbished to look and feel new.

Easy stay, accessible to shopping. Fairly safe. My room was super noisy, it was in the lobby area to the bottom floor near the road so heard cars and noises all night long. There was also an outside light so bright by my window I couldn't block it out with the curtain. Overall, a decent and safe stay but don't expect luxury.

The staff is very friendly. They clean the room everyday. The tanger outlets is right across the street. Nice pool. And great breakfast

Good hygiene, good service attitude

The hotel is too old and not well maintained. The carpet looks dirty. The shower head is very small and the water doesn't come out quickly. I didn't even eat breakfast so early. I'm really not satisfied with it.

Such a great hotel! Stayed for a bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been better weekend. The property was perfect- big rooms, great pool, prime location! But the staff is really what made our stay so special. Fabian was so helpful and accommodating- he received several packages for us in advance so we had less to pack, he provided amazing recommendations and he truly made us feel right at home...

Beautiful property but no breakfast.Yogurts , fruit boxed cereal and packaged muffins should have been offered. I booked a suite with kitchen and overpaid because there was no stove. I was expecting to cook because I was working this week and staying in. The hot plates in kitchen were antiquated and look like they came from a garbage dump. The website is photoshopped. Everything looks cozy and beautiful. From the bedroom to the garden, this is a wonderful place to stay. It feels like home, but with nicer weather!

My husband and I loved our three night stay here. Breakfast all homemade and they are such good cooks! Very nice, rooms clean, beautiful both inside and out. They also provide a binder full of information on places to visit along with directions, which was very helpful. The outside is so lovely with all of the beautiful flowers and plants. Very easy access to all of the places one needs when traveling

Had a great 2 night stay. Very accommodating, clean and peaceful. We had our 2 friendly midsize pups with us, convenient to have a park with a dog park across the street. Happy to find it was a low and slow traffic area as well.
