What a lovely efficient hotel. Restaurant was great as well. I go to West Palm for business. This will be my go to hote!

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport, beach, fine dining and shopping, most within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very well informed and helpful. Great place to stay.

We love this place. Whenever e go to WPB, we stay here,and it never disappoints. The staff is always great, the rooms clean, and the Bistro is excellent.

Everyone was very great and it was clean place. Just only issue i had was the jacuzzi jets. They dont work properly and just make bubbles instead of being a strong jet you can use on your back. Otherwise, thank you for the stay

Staff was great, at reception and restaurant. Only problem, which is a BIG one (fault of corporate): they do not accept tap to pay (no saved cards, no Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, etc). :/

Reception team was not very welcoming. They were often busy doing things in the screen and didn’t even acknowledge us at the counter. Paint in rooms were peeling. Also note that it is near the airport so you will hear the planes take off and land. It is loud.

Been here before. I love it. The backyard its wonderful and relaxing. Nice large pool. Good size hot tub. The staff is great. The lobby nice and big and many couches and chairs just to also sit and relax. My room was lovely. Looking forward to going back. Thanks Hilton PBI

Staff was friendly and room was clean. We unfortunately couldn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities. From the window the pool area looked inviting but we had to leave before it opened

Hotel very close to airport, busy and one of two elevators was out of service making for very long delays. Otherwise a very nice airport hotel

It was late, the city was buzzing, and most hotels were fully booked. I was exhausted and unsure where I'd end up—but Hilton came through. As soon as I got to the hotel I was unhappy. I informed the receptionist the I didn't know the hotel was on airport grounds. Online it didn't mention that Hilton palm Beach is apart of the airport. She stated that they are are Hilton Palm Beach PBI. I asked why wouldn't they inform guest if this and if my reservation could be transferred to the other Hilton hotel. She said I could try. The staff at the welcome desk was amazing!, even prior to check-in. Spoke with Austin prior to the stay about holding bags for us before check-in; No problem! Checked in with Cletis & received warm birthday wishes & the gift of a late check-out. We had a beautiful double queen room with couch area, fridge & coffeemaker. My stay at the Hyatt Place Hotel was enjoyable. The room was clean, the staff was courteous, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to come back.

I was in the area for a follow up appointment at HSS (Hospital for special surgery) after a surgery procedure and this hotel was perfect! Super close to the hospital and a great area when people need to spend time while waiting for a surgical patient. I hope I get to visit this area when I’m healthy and well!

I loved waking up to birds chirping! Absolutely beautiful pool area. Super Great Check In! Slept like a baby. Very Quiet. But everyone in the hotel must have showered right before me, because I had no hot water. None

Room was in good condition. Female intake Staff lacks people skills. Was unwelcoming, discourteous, seems bothered by simple enquiry on getting water.

Room was clean and quite spacious (bathroom more std. sized) Bed/bedding/pillows were very good (maybe a bit hard for me but just right for my wife) Breakfast good. Best part was the pool and large garden area in center of motel buildings -- a blast from the past glory days of motor inns. Tiny nit: could have emptied/clean the outdoor cigarette urns a bit more.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast could be better it’s kind of mediocre, too much process food. I enjoy the pool and the outdoors. The landscaping is perfect. It was wonderful waking up to such a scenery. Reminds me of Jamaica tourism industry. It was such a beautiful scenery. I can’t wait to book my next trip.

Great reception, the attendant did everything possible to accommodate our needs. The room is very clean and looks good. This is an older hotel but it is clearly well maintained and refurbished to look and feel new.

Great location in quiet historic neighborhood w large park across street. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Had breakfast at the Hive (5 min walk) which was excellent

This home is in a pretty location away from downtown but easy to access. The suite we stayed in was very nice and nicely furnished. My only issue is that the exterior is in need of maintenance

We had a lovely three day stay at Grandview Gardens. The room was large and bright, with a very comfortable bed, and looking out over a pretty pool and patio area. Our welcome by Maggie was very gracious. The location was very convenient, and within walking distance of The Hive--a great place for breakfast. I'm sure we will come again
