Very underwhelming hotel for a Hilton. Stay elsewhere in palm beach.

The management of staff needs a major overhaul! I literally had a fire alarm sounding buzzer going off in my room every 20 minutes all night…I tried multiple times calling the front desk to notify them. Each time they simp,y picked it up, said please hold, I waited 10 minutes hung up…As no one called me back for 30 minutes, I then called again…same thing happened…4 times! I finally gave up and slept with pillow over my head…In morning I told front desk how bad it was, they didn’t seem to care..

At the restaurant, I tried to order multiple things, and each time I was told they didn’t have it …

Property look is amazing, staff management and culture needs MAJOR overhaul. Please tell Hilton Corporate as I stay in Hilton all the time, and they need to be aware of issue here asap.

First night i was there i realized the shower would back up and not drain properly after about 5 mins with the water running the water would be ankle deep. But i got in late so waited until the next day. Called the front desk to have someone come fix it. After a few hours of waiting and no one showing up i went about my day. ( realized after the do not disturb sign was on) the next day spoke to the front desk and told them. They said they would send someone up immediately. A few hours later no one came. The next day spoke to the front desk and explained everything. Told them its my last day here and ive already showered so i dont care when you do it, just making you aware of it again.

Reception team was not very welcoming. They were often busy doing things in the screen and didn’t even acknowledge us at the counter. Paint in rooms were peeling.

Also note that it is near the airport so you will hear the planes take off and land. It is loud.

Been here before. I love it. The backyard its wonderful and relaxing. Nice large pool. Good size hot tub. The staff is great. The lobby nice and big and many couches and chairs just to also sit and relax. My room was lovely. Looking forward to going back. Thanks Hilton PBI

Staff was friendly and room was clean. We unfortunately couldn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities. From the window the pool area looked inviting but we had to leave before it opened

Hotel very close to airport, busy and one of two elevators was out of service making for very long delays. Otherwise a very nice airport hotel

Nice airport hotel
The van driver picking us up was great. When we got to the property the girl working the front desk was the complete opposite. I stood a few moments waiting to be greeted and was never acknowledged. So then I walked towards the desk and she then asked if she could help. She never once smiled, thanked us for our stay, acknowledged or reason for staying, nothing. She said we couldn’t add our Hiltons Rewards number to our account for billing food and other things to our room, we knew we couldn’t get the stay credit, but I’ve never had issues with getting points for food and such we billed to our room. But it was how she made us feel that really turned us off. The room was nice and big and the mattress dry comfortable. And the rest of the hotel staff from the restaurant to the Starbucks area were fantastic, and really made up for the initial first experience.

It was late, the city was buzzing, and most hotels were fully booked. I was exhausted and unsure where I'd end up—but Hilton came through. They found a room for me when others couldn’t, and the staff were genuinely kind and pleasant to speak with, which made all the difference.
🛏️ The room was spotless and comfortable, offering a quiet retreat from the chaos outside.
🍽️ The food was fresh and satisfying—exactly what I needed after a long day.
✨ The overall cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel didn’t go unnoticed.
I’m grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay again. Sometimes, it’s the little gestures that leave the biggest impression.

As soon as I got to the hotel I was unhappy. I informed the receptionist the I didn't know the hotel was on airport grounds. Online it didn't mention that Hilton palm Beach is apart of the airport. She stated that they are are Hilton Palm Beach PBI. I asked why wouldn't they inform guest if this and if my reservation could be transferred to the other Hilton hotel. She said I could try. I contacted ******* to transfer but the hotel gave them push back staying there is no cancelation for my 5 night stay. Unbelievable. I got to the room, it was dingy, old, and rusted, The shower had grime everywhere. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. One of the nights due to heavy rain we decided to eat dinner at their restaurant which was Italian. We ordered chicken parm with spaghetti. The chicken came out burnt and tough. The manager came out and said that they can remake it and I refused. I'm not a fan of returning food. The food was horrible even after taking the bread off. The room was not like what is picture. The common area were exactly like pictured. I do not recommend this hotel.
