Grandview Gardens in West Palm Beach

Our stay at Grandview Gardens was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent from start to finish...warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The location is perfect, close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private.

The ambiance is truly special... a beautiful blend of old-school charm and modern luxury. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated while still being comfortable and relaxed. The heated pool was a huge bonus, and the entire property felt safe, serene, and like our own little oasis.

It was so great, we honestly didn’t even want to leave for our fancy night out in Palm Beach! We can’t wait to come back.

Great location in quiet historic neighborhood w large park across street. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Had breakfast at the Hive (5 min walk) which was excellent

This home is in a pretty location away from downtown but easy to access. The suite we stayed in was very nice and nicely furnished. My only issue is that the exterior is in need of maintenance

This was a mother/daughter trip to West Palm and we had a great time. We had not heard of Grandview Gardens before but it looked really nice on line so I thought we'd give it a try. Rebecca was very accomodating with recommendations for places to dine and visit. The location was very convenient to walk and because we rented a car we could venture out a little farther. The rooms were charming and the accomodations worked out for us. The kitchen was open for us to make coffee, (wish it was a little darker roast, though :) have snacks and make a small breakfast if we wanted. Maggie was helpful and will bring you fresh towels when you ask. The pool was right out our door and the weather was beautiful. What else could you ask for? Thank you both for a fun three day get away. The hotel is lovely and just perfect for us!

Lovely accommodations. Private, safe, rooms clean, beds comfortable. Great kitchen facilities. Relaxed atmosphere like being at hone.

We had a lovely three day stay at Grandview Gardens. The room was large and bright, with a very comfortable bed, and looking out over a pretty pool and patio area. Our welcome by Maggie was very gracious. The location was very convenient, and within walking distance of The Hive--a great place for breakfast. I'm sure we will come again

My wife Helen and I recently vacationed at Grandview Gardens for 8 days. We found Grandview Gardens to be very well maintained, beautifully designed and decorated with the utmost of class. Maggie Lewis, one of the managers was very professional, friendly and extremely accommodating to our every request. Rebecca Diggs, the other manager was very cordial and knowledgeable. The location of Grandview Gardens was exquisite and fit perfectly into our vacation plans. Through the years we have visited other resorts and B&B’s, and we have found that Grandview Gardens rises to the top of places to stay. We highly recommend Grandview Gardens for anyone who appreciates excellence.

I had a wonderful time at Grandview Gardens (equally as good as last year's visit). The inn was clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient to shops and restaurants as well as the Norton Museum of Art. The staff was helpful but nonintrusive--the perfect combination. I would recommend this place highly to anyone who wants a unique and very special travel experience.

We were greeted very pleasantly by Rebecca, the manager, who showed us to our room on the second floor overlooking the pool area. It was a very spacious room with a spacious bathroom (w/ toilet closed off). The bathroom was also very well equipped with everything one might need including face creams, disposable makeup removers, makeup remover towel, and multiple bars of soap, and of course, shampoo and. There was also a small area with a refrigerator and coffee/tea making paraphernalia, as well as, of course, ironing board, iron and plenty of clothes hangers. The room was extremely well equipped down to the finest detail. The furniture was very eclectic, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt luxurious. There are only 10 rooms so it was quite an intimate experience – however, we rarely saw any other guests, even though the rooms were all occupied. The common rooms were exceptionally large and we were able to entertain some relatives for the afternoon there. The main house had a very interesting history, documented in photographs kept an album available for guests to peruse. Rebecca was also available to explain the history of the house as well as give many suggestions as to restaurants and activities nearby. The main house was also very eclectically decorated in a quasi Spanish style in keeping with the basic style of the house and neighborhood. Oh, by the way, it is located in a historic neighborhood which is on the National Registry of Historic Places – built in the 20s and 30s and reflecting the style of that era. Walking around the neighborhood we found it extremely beautiful, the house is very well maintained w/ mature foliage. We found this a lovely getaway, distinguished from the typical chain hotels with personality and charm, and we plan on returning next year. kept w/ foliage mature
