The staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby bar was had a nice atmosphere. Very nice bartender.

The staff at the welcome desk was amazing!, even prior to check-in. Spoke with Austin prior to the stay about holding bags for us before check-in; No problem! Checked in with Cletis & received warm birthday wishes & the gift of a late check-out. We had a beautiful double queen room with couch area, fridge & coffeemaker. Breakfast was vast with hot/cold options. Dean at the bar happy hour, 4-6 food & drinks, was friendly. The area around the hotel is safe. The city bus runs won RT1 within a few blocks. Even at checkout Austin offered more birthday wishes. 10 STARS to the staff, including the housekeeping for extra towels & the kitchen staff for all they do for a great meal to start your day.

A little bit of everything. Figuring out how to turn on and off lights in the room took several minutes.
You’d think turning on the tv would be ez. Nah, the red light says it’s on but the screen is black. And no pushing the menu button didn’t work. I tried calling down to the front desk. Was told she was busy and she’d call me back. 5 minutes later and I have pushed buttons galore. Turns out u need to push the channel button enough times to find the menu “channel”.
The phone in the room, so many buttons on the set and the handset. All want to do is dial the front desk. Finally got it. Thank god it was an emergency.
Little things like no glasses in the bathroom to wash ur mouth out after brushing. Had to use a ceramic mug from the kitchen. I could still taste the tea that I had just brewed in it.
They charge u for parking, good luck finding the entrance to the parking garage

Hi everyone and hi to Hyatt Pl., West Palm Beach from Miami, Florida and this trip the room the service the breakfast I mean it's nothing to complain about. I have been to different hotels and I tell you you all keep up what you doing keep the service going. keep the customer service positive and jolly and happy and everything will run smooth I had a wonderful time. I was in the area for a follow up appointment at HSS (Hospital for special surgery) after a surgery procedure and this hotel was perfect! Super close to the hospital and a great area when people need to spend time while waiting for a surgical patient. I hope I get to visit this area when I’m healthy and well!

Disappointed that the daily $30 party fee was not mentioned on your site. Room design was under par with the sink being at the base of the bed instead of in the bathroom.

Did not enjoy my experience at Morton's Steakhouse for the first time probably will never go back. My steak was overcooked my soup was cold food took forever to come out. Had to ask the waiter for things multiple times. No hand soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms. Definitely wasn't the best steak in town. Totally would rather be at Ruth Chris better food and service.

I am just finishing up dinner here with six service-industry friends for one of their birthdays. Being experienced servers and bartenders, we are knowledgeable and forgiving when it comes to busy service staff—however tonight was extra.
To be fair, our experience with the bartender before moving to a table was a great. After transferring and resuming our dinner with server Taylor, things went downhill. I ordered a drink and tuna tacos. The drink came out, but the tacos never came. My friend also never received her oysters. After about 25 minutes had passed, we asked about the tacos and oysters and it was apparent that they had never been rung in. Another 15 minutes later, we asked again. Shortly after that, the manager Monica came to our table to explain that our server never heard us order them and asked if we would still like to order them. We declined.
I give two stars for the delicious food and polite bartender.
As I type, we have been waiting more than 10 minutes for our checks. The entire dining experience has lasted well over two hours at this point—mostly due to poor service. I do not plan to return to a Morton’s again.

Excellent food and service!! I’ve been here several times and never had a bad experience. I would definitely say it’s a must try along with the chocolate soufflé, it’s all really good.

I adore steak and if you go, get the best . The Filet Mignon was so tender, it could be cut with a fork. The baked potato was actually baked as so many restaurants serve it hard as a rock and impossible to mix in sour cream, etc. loved the service and be sure you’ll pay for it.
If you’re not in the mood for a big meal and a larger bill, try the. Bar menu around the corner at their more casual location. It’s a great place for after the movies and the regulars from Trump tower and the neighborhood are there with a lighter atmosphere and yummy bites.
