The staff was very friendly, the rooms weren’t clean and the curtains and couch were old and outdated and the bathroom needs a serious update. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t give an opinion on that and they definitely need to call and exterminator

The room did not look like advertised - paint on wall missing - smoke detector missing - pool was closed for season - should say what the season is

The toilet was broken in our room so tbey had to move us to the second floor. And the breakfast, especially the "hot" part with thr eggs and sausage was terrible

The staff was great and super sweet but the conditions of the hotel are not good. The elevator button for 1st floor was gone so I had to carry my luggage down. The rooms had a smell and housekeeping came and fixed my sheets but didn’t vacuum the floor which was not clean. I appreciate that there were no bugs tho and everyone was very nice.

Don’t go! They tried to paint over their problems.
We were without running water let of the night and all morning until we checked out. We couldn’t use the bathroom, brush our teeth or shower for work. And no one wanted to help with the situation or come up with a remedy. They were only concerned about us checking out right on time. What about the fact that we can’t use the water?

Ok Stay
The pictures made it look better than it actually was. Definitely need some updates in the bathroom. The beds were comfy. Didn’t eat breakfast there. Not a place I'll go back to. Customer service could have been better.

Property was over all nice... Service could of been a little better… but not a bad stay for the price.

Horrible place to stay!! Our room was very outdated, window stained so bad you couldn't see out of it, bugs in the bathroom, bed extremely noisy, room not very clean. Telephone didn't work, outlets didn't work, shower drained slow and we needed to get a plunger to get the toilet to drain. When I spoke to the manager saying we were leaving, he told me the person before us stayed in the room long term and wouldn't let staff in the room to up date. We were extremely disappointed. I will be contacting corporate to complain and I will submit a video.
