I have not stayed in the hotel but the lunch that is served here is well with the price and quality of service you receive from the lady serving you is 5 star. You cannot sit down for a meal and a better price any where around. Give them a try!!

I absolutely recommend Ramada by Wyndham Broad Street Augusta Georgia! Thank you for as always my emergency last minute. Kindly Greeted with a smile at front desk . Indoor Pool is Dreamy . Really enjoyed my brief time there. The front desk attendant Marisol was great and very knowledgeable! She really cared about customer service and accommodated me in every way to ensure my stay was a good experience. If you are in Augusta and need to be downtown without paying ridiculous prices I recommend staying here.

Gets 4 stars from me for the simple fact that their elevator music is on point. Most elevators play mindless relaxing unrecognizable instrumental music; at least here I got to listen to some Bowie on the way up/down. Staff are very friendly. The room was better than I expected. The wifi is on the better side when compared to other hotels. The location is pretty convenient towards everything, didn't seem out the way. Overall a good experience.

My meal was delicious. I had the salad bar because it was too hot for heavy food. The watermelon was the sweetest I've had this year. Service was as always splendid !

Love this historic hotel. Comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, and fabulous view from the rooftop patio. The only thing I would change is that I prefer a regular coffee maker in the room rather than the Nespresso machine provided.

We were in room 220. It must’ve been close to the kitchen or something. It was quite loud. We would’ve liked to have had a bar of soap. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large and spacious. All in all it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

This hotel is really lovely. It was a welcome respite after a long drive from the coast. My only complaint is that smoking was allowed on the front porch while I was having dinner. I cut my dinner short to get away from it.

The shower handle wasn't connected to the wall, the bathroom door handle kept falling off, floor was still uneven (normally they fix things like that during a renovation). Check-in staff was amazing - super nice, accommodating and easy to chat with. She was very friendly and the whole check-in process took like 2 mins, loved how their hotel front desk area has a pantry with food and snacks for sale - quite a good selection btw! Hotel lobby was warm, Starbucks was just a few mins away - right next to a few fast food options. Room was comfy, beds were just the right height...

Great hotel, stylish and updated throughout, from the reception area to the rooms. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, nice linens, and phenomenal outdoor pool with cool furniture and lighting and oversized chess pieces! The only complaint I have was the complimentary breakfast wasn't up the usual quality of the Hampton Inn. It was prepackaged sandwiches, watery oatmeal, no fresh fruit salad...

Came in town with my family for a night of fun and decided to stay the night. Check in was a breeze! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. The rooms very nice and the beds were so comfortable after a day out having FUN, the quiet hotel and comfortable beds were just what we needed.... complimentary breakfast was a plus as well... overall our stay here was amazing cant wait...

We had a wonderful stay for two nights! The staff was friendly and inviting and I felt welcomed and valued. The room was clean and well stocked. The work out area was also clean. We were not able to use the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful and there was a wonderful sitting area with a fire pit. Will most definitely visit again.

Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Services were friendly, I just couldn't understand why you had to notify the front desk to clean/ freshen your room the night before, if staying more than one night. When asked if clean towels were needed, we were told to stop by the front desk to pick them up... so we don't do room service in this hotel. There's no courtesy or convenience for anyone besides...

The hotel itself is new and very nice. The pool and outdoor games were a big hit with the kids. On the down side, the hotel is a little hard to find and is located behind some pretty sketchy motels
