It was nicer on the inside but looks rough on the outside

Every part of the property was ran down, very old or, just ragedy but, customer service was on point.

Masters Week Great location, one mile from the North entrance to the Masters. Older property, but clean and basic accomodations, perfect for Masters Week. Par, but could have been a "birdie" with cosmetic upgrades.

NICE STAFF. QUIET HOTEL. CLEAN ROOMS. OCCASIONAL ROACH COMING IN FROM UNDER THE DOOR, BUT THAT'S JUST ABOUT EVERYWHERE.

Great hotel and staff! Kitchen is equpped with everything necessary making you feel home. The staff is always available and welcoming.

Great experience Anita the front desk supervisor is the best. She went above and beyond. Housekeeping made sure they met all of our needs as well.

The Residence was a great place to be, with a versatile breakfast, a full cheap small market, and great staff, they made it easier to rest well. Anita and Chris on the evening/overnight staff were very helpful and kind!

The staff and level of service are fantastic, I like that they texted me and asked if i needed anything and I said I forgot toothpaste and the brought it right up. Dinner was perfect and the food was excellent. The 5:00am shuttle to the airport was a big help and the driver was professional and a great to chat!!

Did not have a balcony room and the roof top bar was not available due to wedding party. The restaurant and bar were nice and breakfast was great. My only complaint was a bad smell on the 3rd floor and in our room. It smelled like sewer gas. I'm sure it is being addressed. Everything else was good. Hope to go back and get a balcany room and able to see roof top view.

Whirlpool inside the was amazing and clean. Everything was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is changing the waffle batter, if was a bit too thick and doughy.

Only thing that bummed me out was, “free breakfast” was advertised however I had to pay for food each time we at le breakfast. I only picked this room because this frat since I had both my children with me and I knew we’d be on the go for a tournament so this ruined that convenience otherwise it was a good stay

I booked the same day, when i arrived reservations were booked properly, everything was super quick and easy Friendly and positive staff at the front desk. i will return and book again with this hotel.

The service provided by the Reception and Breakfast team was first class. The food was excellent and the Management very approachable and helpful. I would certainly recommend staying at the Ramada by Wyndham.

Check-in was slow, the room was average and the train noise at night was loud. So, why did I rate it a 4…the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver (Miss Dora) was an absolute delight! Talking to any of the staff, you get the sense you’re talking to family.

Based on the reviews I'd read, I was extremely nervous about staying here. Glad to say it wasn't bad at all. Yes, the hotel is old... BUT they have made the best of what they have to work with. I love the evening social on Wednesdays! The staff is nice and the rooms are amazing. The beds are very comfortable but the TV needs an update. Everything else's was great with no problems or issues. Excellent customer service 👏

I have not stayed in the hotel but the lunch that is served here is well with the price and quality of service you receive from the lady serving you is 5 star. You cannot sit down for a meal and a better price any where around. Give them a try!!

No food people fighting cops everywhere Homeless ppl on stairs begging ..but the snow was nice

Rooms are large, clean and quiet despite nearby main thoroughfare. The Staff is friendly and helpful. usually around the property and monitors the area via on-site and CCT Surveillance for added safety. On line pictures of the hotel was great. Got there is was nothing like the pictures shown online. We had 4 rooms at this location. 1 room had limited lighting in the room. 1 room the tv didn't work. No one came to clean none of the rooms while we visited this location. We checked in on Friday left on Sunday. This location also said they had breakfast which that was not true. My stay was excellent because check-in was really fast and easy. Savannah the front desk clerk was AWESOME!! I had an issue with my first room, but she made it right without a moment's hesitation, or any kind of argument at all! Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Clean. Convenient. Cheap. And the ppl working there arnt crackheads. Ill defiantly use this hotel if I ever want to "get away" again.

All in all, it was a comfortable place to spend a few days while truck was in the shop. Bed was comfortable. Room was oddly positioned, with sofa in the corner next to refrigerator, right next to bathroom. Room was fairly clean, floors definitely could've used a mopping. Had a great stay. Bathtubs are large, almost full size fridge. HBO. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There were some small issues, but the staff was quick and helpful. Very friendly and lots of smiles.

Good quality hot breakfast, with a large selection of food. Staff was nice, and attentive to our needs. Facility is clean, and smells clean. The bed was comfortable. The Facility is old and in need of repairs. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The outlet under the table only the bottom worked. The coffee maker is missing parts, so you can't make coffee. They have great coffee always ready though...

I would absolutely stay here again. The staff were so great they were so friendly and attentive to all our needs. Upon arrival my room was tidy and didn’t even notice the hotel was under construction. Overall a great stay and enjoyed having quick access to the pool and anything we needed.

Close to Home Visiting family. Hotel was convenient to their location (4 miles). Restaurant had some worker absentees which slowed it down. The front desk staff was great! Mediocre Upon entering my room the air conditioner was turned on to high fan but the room felt like it east least 100 degrees. Turning it to high cool did not seem to make a difference after several minutes so we requested a new room which accomidated us much better. We were given a room right off of the front desk, which was awesome because it was not far of a walk. But there was some type of hallway or service room or something on the other side of the wall from our room. All night, long people banged, knocked, and went in and out of that room, making noise. Laughing talking and making a noise. Otherwise we had an extremely nice and clean room at a decent price...

Above average place to stay cleaner than most places everyone is friendly

You get what you pay for, unfortunately we were there during the Masters, kinda pricey

We were down to Augusta for the Masters Wednesdays Practice round. It was an overnight stay for four guys. I would not recommend Best Inn for ladies or for a long stay.

Every single employee at that hotel goes above and beyond, and they were the most helpful, genuine, courteous, and accommodating people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with… For a hotel with a limited budget they do their very best to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and I am grateful to them

The photos on the website are not what you actually see at the location. It shows an outdoor pool that is nice and clean. Get there, the pool is locked up, closed. Not only was it closed, it's run down with cracks in it. So dissappointing and misleading. We only had two towels and two wash clothes, but 3 people in the room. Next day, they took the dirty towels, but didn't replace them. Not such a good...

The clerk was very helpful!! Have no complaints really other than the area, the room served its purpose in a last minute situation we were dealing with.

The motel is pretty old. You can tell they try to keep it clean but some areas, like the shower, need to be replaced. Staff is very nice and helpful

The outside looks sketchy and truth be told, it is probably not the absolute most reputable area. However, the house keeping staff is wonderful! Our room was very clean and the beds comfortable. For the price, I felt like I was staying in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is a little meager, no eggs or hot food. Don't expect much! If you are looking for just a cheap place to stay, and aren't worried about cleanliness then you are ok staying here.

Parking lot cleanliness was a little less than average. Bit of a shady atmosphere, but conveniently locate to multiple stores and main highways.

This place is close to shopping stores,like Harvey's ,daycare, convenient store.It is very accessible to human needs.I t does run on a bus line.Nobody bothers you.On weekends the bar opens up,so if you do drink you can get you a room and stay over.

Came in town with my family for a night of fun and decided to stay the night. Check in was a breeze! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. We had a wonderful stay for two nights! The staff was friendly and inviting and I felt welcomed and valued. The room was clean and well stocked. The work out area was also clean. We were not able to use the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful and there was a wonderful sitting area with a fire pit. Will most definitely visit again.

Services were friendly, I just couldn't understand why you had to notify the front desk to clean/ freshen your room the night before, if staying more than one night. When asked if clean towels were needed, we were told to stop by the front desk to pick them up... so we don't do room service in this hotel. There's no courtesy or convenience for anyone besides...

The hotel itself is new and very nice. The pool and outdoor games were a big hit with the kids. On the down side, the hotel is a little hard to find and is located behind some pretty sketchy motels

We had a great stay at this Homewood during Peach Jam! Tiera and team took care of us like family. I would definitely stay here again just due to the friendly staff and convenient location.

My room was very clean thanks to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was good and the customer service was splendid. I was greeted every time i entered the lobby and the lobby was also clean. This hotel was the best I’ve stayed in. i recommend this hotel to anyone who is from out of town looking for a nice place to stay.

On my arrival I met Joy at the reception desk. She was very professional and sweet, but I was and still am impressed with the the housekeeper named Denise. She's always on top of her job. She makes sure that everything is to your liking. Good workers in the hospitality industry are hard to come by. Keep up the good work.

Cruise Trip Check in was fast and the gentleman that was at the front desk was very courteous. He was really nice when we asked for the remote for the TV. We were only staying for one night on our way home from a cruise, the lobby and elevated was extremely hot as no air was working. Our room was nice and clean and the air worked very well.

The bed was hard as a rock. I didn’t appreciate being put on the 3rd floor. I have never been put on a higher floor with an animal.
