Greeted by very friendly staff and room was clean. Hotel provided transportation to our event and Joe was our wonderful driver. The next morning we had breakfast at 8595 and the food was incredible along with Nikki our outstanding server.

This is a very old historic building so one should expect there to be signs of age. Sloping floors and some funky windows and doors but with places like this one should consider it part of the charm. This was a lovely, clean hotel. The rooms location was, unfortunately, both right under the rooftop dining restaurant and also right across from the elevator so noisy almost until we finally fell asleep. We are finding that booking through a third party, like ********** and booking etc. we are almost always , given rooms that nobody else would want. Perhaps something to address in the future and...

The check in process was quick and welcoming. The valet stewards were extremely polite and friendly and helpful to include giving advice on where to eat. Will come back again

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there was noticeable paint chipping on the walls, particularly in the bathroom, and a visible shoe print on the wall near the desk area. Every part of the property was ran down, very old or, just ragedy but, customer service was on point.

Masters Week Great location, one mile from the North entrance to the Masters. Older property, but clean and basic accomodations, perfect for Masters Week. Par, but could have been a "birdie" with cosmetic upgrades.

Whirlpool inside the was amazing and clean. Everything was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is changing the waffle batter, if was a bit too thick and doughy.

The pool was good, the service was some what good, there was bed bugs in our hotel room and all the house keeping people did was change our pillows. Their breakfast wasn’t good they didn’t have much just mostly toast yogurt and protein bars. I recommend not coming to this hotel it’s gross and disgusting.

The location is a huge plus! It's directly across the street from Pexcho's American Dime Museum, which was the reason for our trip. The room came with all the ammenities. Nothing super modern, but everything worked properly. Great view. Staff were super nice and accommodating.

The service provided by the Reception and Breakfast team was first class. The food was excellent and the Management very approachable and helpful. I would certainly recommend staying at the Ramada by Wyndham.

Check-in was slow, the room was average and the train noise at night was loud. So, why did I rate it a 4…the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver (Miss Dora) was an absolute delight! Talking to any of the staff, you get the sense you’re talking to family.

I love the evening social on Wednesdays! The staff is nice and the rooms are amazing. The beds are very comfortable but the TV needs an update. Everything else's was great with no problems or issues. Excellent customer service 👏

Stayed with my kids in a jacuzzi suite.

The room was great. The staff didnt have breakfast ready and blamed it on the nite girl calling off. We forced them to try and find us something because the breakfast was one selling point.

Rooms could be cleaner. Bother times I approached staff at the desk it was like I was disrupting their personal calls. Maintenance needs to address paint around the shower and ceiling stains.

On line pictures of the hotel was great. Got there is was nothing like the pictures shown online. We had 4 rooms at this location. 1 room had limited lighting in the room. 1 room the tv didn't work. No one came to clean none of the rooms while we visited this location. We checked in on Friday left on Sunday. This location also said they had breakfast which that was not true. My stay was excellent because check-in was really fast and easy. Savannah the front desk clerk was AWESOME!! I had an issue with my first room, but she made it right without a moment's hesitation, or any kind of argument at all! This is a very nice motel. Mr. Patel the manger is awesome he will make sure you are taken care of. The other staff are very nice as well. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here.

Had a great stay. Bathtubs are large, almost full size fridge. HBO. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There were some small issues, but the staff was quick and helpful. Very friendly and lots of smiles.

Room was clean and recently updated. Smart tv but not hooked up to internet so it was inconvenient for trying to stream Netflix. Still being renovated so large dumpsters in the parking lot. No noise while we were there though. Jetted tub was nice after a long days drive.

Exceptionally clean and very peaceful

I would absolutely stay here again. The staff were so great they were so friendly and attentive to all our needs. Upon arrival my room was tidy and didn’t even notice the hotel was under construction. Overall a great stay and enjoyed having quick access to the pool and anything we needed.

Close to Home Visiting family. Hotel was convenient to their location (4 miles). Restaurant had some worker absentees which slowed it down. The front desk staff was great! Very people oriented, always smiling. Even with the minor inconvenience with the restaurant, it was a great stay and will go back.

We were down to Augusta for the Masters Wednesdays Practice round. It was an overnight stay for four guys. I would not recommend Best Inn for ladies or for a long stay.

Every single employee at that hotel goes above and beyond, and they were the most helpful, genuine, courteous, and accommodating people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with… For a hotel with a limited budget they do their very best to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and I am grateful to them

One night stay for doctors appointment the next morning. Convenient and comfortable for a one night stay, but the surrounding businesses were somewhat noisy.

The motel is pretty old. You can tell they try to keep it clean but some areas, like the shower, need to be replaced. Staff is very nice and helpful

The outside looks sketchy and truth be told, it is probably not the absolute most reputable area. However, the house keeping staff is wonderful! Our room was very clean and the beds comfortable. For the price, I felt like I was staying in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is a little meager, no eggs or hot food. The photos on the website are not what you actually see at the location. It shows an outdoor pool that is nice and clean. Get there, the pool is locked up, closed. Not only was it closed, it's run down with cracks in it. So dissappointing and misleading. We only had two towels and two wash clothes, but 3 people in the room. Parking lot cleanliness was a little less than average. Bit of a shady atmosphere, but conveniently locate to multiple stores and main highways.

This place is close to shopping stores,like Harvey's ,daycare, convenient store.It is very accessible to human needs.I t does run on a bus line.Nobody bothers you.On weekends the bar opens up,so if you do drink you can get you a room and stay over.

I travel to Augusta at least twice a year for several weeks at a time for business. The Residence Inn in August is by far one of my favorite places to stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Miss Anita at the front desk makes the experience even better.

During Masters week only one dryer was working. That was very annoying. The stove was not great. I knew ahead of time to bring my own pots and pans. I never used it due to the eye was crooked and didn’t seem safe. The staff was great! The rooms were okay. I brought my own cleaning items.

Cruise Trip Check in was fast and the gentleman that was at the front desk was very courteous. He was really nice when we asked for the remote for the TV. We were only staying for one night on our way home from a cruise, the lobby and elevated was extremely hot as no air was working. Our room was nice and clean and the air worked very well.

Staff was wonderful. Angeliqua (sp), the lady that checked me in was polite, professional and expedient. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfy, there was a guide channel on the TV (small detail but it makes things so much easier), thick and warm blankets on the bed, A/C and heat worked very well and the water temp in the shower was very warm.
