Budgetel Inn & Suites in Augusta

Awful! Too much wrong to list! If ya stay here beware of homeless ppl banging on your window & door harassing you!

This place is the worst hotel ive stayed in. It's old and worn out, dirty, the tubs are disgusting. There is black mold growing in the bathroom. The bed is not comfortable pillows so hard I woke up with a headache.. just very worn out and in need of a lot of work. The staff seems nice but I didn't come here to spend time with them. No bugs found here so that's the great thing.

I really don't even want to give them one star. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. I stayed one week and on the first day, I called the front desk to let them know that my room had roaches. When I ask for a refund I was told that I could not get a refund. I also had to ask for some sheets and when I was brought the sheets they were not sheets they were freaking bed skirts. When I ask for some more wash clothes hand towels and towels, I just discovered that it was a bed bug. This is the most nastiest hotel ever don't ever stay here. I don't care what none of these other review say about how their stay was and the freaking jacuzzi tub that junk don't even freaking work. Don't ever come to the Budgetel Inn on Gordon Highway next to the Waffle House this is this is this hotel is freaking disgusting and does not make any sense like freaking roaches that's nasty. I spent $270 on this room and for this I'm beyond pissed. This hotel will be hearing from me again like it I would have been fine if I could have just gotten my money back when I ask for it but I was told that I was not going to receive a refund I was only there for one day when I wanted to go it was just one night when I wanted to freaking go. Because I did not receive my refund when I first asked for it and I'm still having problems with this room like I'm going through all types of measures to make sure no one else comes to this hotel. I'm putting this on Facebook I am putting this on my Twitter I'm also going to contact News 12 about my problem I stay at this hotel room.
