Honestly one of the worst places I ever stayed in. The kitchen cabinets did not have the doors. Microwave had no tray. The tub had mildew and mold. Chairs were so dirty that I used a towel to move them out of way. Carpets were soiled and smelly. Hallways, elevators and common are were smelly, outdated and dingy. Staff was friendly and courtious and that's about the only good thing in this place. I don't like posting negative reviews but posted pics do not tell the truth.

Pet friendly...that's cool. However pet hair everywhere carpet felt gross, room smelt like pee, fridge didn't work, beds were not comfortable. Then we found a bed bug. Checked in a little early around noon promptly left at 10:30

Refrigerator had been broken 11 days now front desk doesn't know anything apparently they have 1 maintenance guy here..I'm here for work I leave the hotel at 5am and return at 6.30pm.Receptionist told me to come in at 11pm so I can speak with the manager because there's nothing she can do.I have complained about this issue since it started so I'm curious who is gonna replace all the groceries I have been throwing out? It does cost money. I'm gonna keep complaining until I get someone to take care of this as it's not fair.

Roaches in the room, no coffee makers, the towels and rags u have in the room u get is what u get BRING UR OWN POLICY I ASSUME. I was told I supposed to anyway. And lastly this being my last morning here bout 30 minutes ago housekeeping came knocking about i assume some pieces of trash outside my door which ive seen since being here 4 nights and then asks me do they know my dog is in the room as if i havent been on camera in and out with her the whole stay and i paid for ( do ur job its in the computer u know my ro number look it up) and then 10 minutes ago being 9:4O am the front desk comes knocking tellin me my balance is zero. Check out is at 11 am CLEARLY. 182 dollars every 2 nights and then cant get a towel or rag or trash bag, so obviously anything anyone leaves bio isnt properly discarded or stored I take it. house keeping dont clean, poor and unprofessional communication between employees and customers. RUDE AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT DOESNT WANT TO WAISTE THEIR MONEY.

I stayed here 5/22-5/26 this hotel was absolutely disgusting. The reviews about roaches are absolutely true. I was on the 3rd floor and there was a roach in our bathroom. They moved us to the 2nd floor and there was a roach in that bathroom the very first night. Never ever staying here again my skin is literally crawling and it sucks because this is a very convenient spot especially if you’re here to work for awhile. Would not recommend this hotel to even jail prisoners the staff really needs to do something about this infestation they’ve got going on. Yuck!

The place has roaches so bring your own cleaning supplies. They do not collect trash, you have to take it out yourself. Staff said management would throw the trash back in the room. Was told i could get 2 rags for 4 people in a room with 2 beds that sleeps 4 people.The staffer with dreads is horribly rude along with front desk not being helpful. People smoke less than 5 ft from the front door. And Im pretty sure its more of a halfway house than a hotel. They checked me out of my hotel before my check out date. I'd give it a zero if I could.

Horrible! I will never stay here agin! They do not clean your room everyday. They clean rooms by the floor each day. If your not on the floor that's scheduled they do not clean your room. I had an issue with my sink in the bathroom that I reported first thing in the morning and they did not take care of it by the time I returned that evening. Never again!!!

The rooms are very small and the grounds around are full of beer bottles and trash. Also the laundry is ridiculously priced. We also got told if several amenities that did not exist Andee gl almost got ripped off by hotel employees on pet prixing
