Rooms were VERY clean, staff was professional and accommodating, very affordable for amenities given, ladybugs do find their way in, but that’s the only “negative” comment I would add. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again!

This is a hotel where people live in. It smells from the minute you walk in the door. The hallways and room smelled dirty and despite the smoke free signage it definitely smelled like smoke.
The sheet had a hole in it. The towels were stained and neither amend like chlorine.

No running water for the first night, apparently the location decided to charge me for smoking in the room though i did not.

At booking it said breakfast but at arrival no breakfast... not a deal breaker for one night stay but I usually expect breakfast if it says breakfast at booking.

Hotel management was excellent overall clean hotel for the price.Its a older but well maintained hotel for the price nothing to brag about but wasnt the worst hotel I" ve stayed at before.

Cheap but gross
The room had the most horrible oder we could not get to go away although we bought candles. The filth at the bottom of the bath tub was awful, and the bathrub didnt drain. My husband had to unclog the bathtub. There was a kitchen area that had cabinets without the doors. The stove exhaust fan was covered in grease.

During Masters week only one dryer was working. That was very annoying.
The stove was not great. I knew ahead of time to bring my own pots and pans. I never used it due to the eye was crooked and didn’t seem safe.

Needed a place for some sleep and this place was just fine for that. One of the cheaper options I quickly found and I likely got what I paid for. The only real criticism I would offer was that the picture looked nothing like my room. My room was much more Spartan than the picture shown. The room was very clean though. The hallways smelled of smoke but the room smelled good and as I said was very clean. A coffee pot would have been awesome. But the amenity list truly does not mention coffee. This is what happens when you assume.
