The chair in the room was in such condition that it should have been thrown out, not used. The headboards on both beds were scratched and torn and needed repair.
We were shown to a different room after our complaint and it was better . Not great, just better.

It was just what we needed. Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable room and best of all close to the beach.

The furniture was dated but the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible. The staff was nice and informative about where to shop and eat. The location was great. Would stay again.

The front desk staff was excellent. Always kind and pleasant. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. There was hair on my bathroom floor around the toilet area and on my sink when we arrived. The tv remote was sticky, felt grimy. The place was quiet, perfect location and not too big. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. I would not stay there again unless they did a few upgrades. We are not the type of people to complain so I just kept my shoes on in the room. I was comfortable to walk around without them.

Staff was friendly but the facility needs updating. Bathroom fixtures and shower controls needs to be fixed. Plug in first room was coming off wall and the shower drain was clogged, had to change rooms.

Staff was super friendly. Location is great - walking distance to restaurants and the beach/pier. Beds were a little lumpy.

Parking was easy and the beach was only a block away. Front desk staff greeted me nicely. Room and bathroom were not very clean. Heater was old, but worked well. The bed was on a metal framed box with a board under the mattress. It was a very HARD mattress and so were most of the pillows. The headboard was newer but already showing worn spots. The shower looked new and fancy, but was missing half of the glass door and had a dirty, slick floor. A shower curtain replaced the missing door, but was about 6 inches too short. This allowed water to get on the floor. The "rain" shower head was nice, but couldn't get the handheld part to work. Also, the vent in the bathroom didn't work. Biggest complaint I have is the noise from doors constantly being slammed shut all evening. If you didn't guide the door gently closed it just slammed. I will not return.

This hotel is in a great location that made our visit completely walkable. The rooms were super clean and modern. But what stood out the most was the friendly and helpful front desk staff. I really appreciated their kind interactions.

The room overall was nice, some renovated amenities were great, but the toilet didn't flush properly and the bed covers were ratty.

Great location!! Staff was wonderful! The rooms were clean but wasnt as newly renovated as i would have hope. Overall i would stay there again.
