The location is perfect (1/2 way between the north and south shores, close to Lihue and Kapaa, and walking distance to Lydgate park). It is right on the ocean with only a courtyard and walking path between the ocean and condos. You can fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the shore. The condos are very nicely furnished and feel very luxurious. It is quiet here and the property management is very nice and helpful. Definitely worth it and would definitely stay again.

This was an ideal place for us. This is a condo stay not a hotel stay. Great independent place, Its like living there in your own place. My kind of experience!!!
"April" at the front desk was a breath of fresh air she was great.
Our condo had it all, great view, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and tons of useful items, boogie boards, beach bags etc....
Security was friendly and on the job keeping an eye on guest safety.
We would stay here again and again a great place.

Best value by far. Kitchen is setup nicely so you can save money and cook some of your meals. Bed is comfortable and has a ceiling fan if you need some cooling. Location is very close to snorkeling and much more.

Great facility, grounds were immaculate, pool clean and well maintained. Room was spotless and very well stocked with all the necessary dining essentials. Views from the room were phenomenal, was a pleasant stay and we look forward to our next stay here

Conveniently centrally located and near several nice restaurants. Very comfortable unit with view of the ocean, even though swimming near the condo was discouraged. We were disappointed by the lack of certain items (no Tupperware, alum foil, Saran Wrap, food storage bags, as well as a tiny sponge and about two teaspoons of dishwashing soap) that you would expect to find when you’re paying this price. Also you were forced to choose between privacy and ventilation with the shutters since this is a ground floor unit, which wasn’t ideal.

No air, roosters crowing all night, rusty outlets and light switches. Also carpet was unclean, beds were old and uncomfortable. Stayed less than 12 hrs

We did not use the pool and had no balcony and had to imagine the ocean view from our room. The sofas can definitely use a cleaning. We had to complain several times before the wireless was fixed. There was no room cleaning for our entire stay.
