Exceptional kindness and courtesy, rooms are comfortable, laundry facilities a bonus, easy parking, great view, retro beach scene, shops close by, easy to find, excellent wifi, and the loveliest lady at reception even repaired my broken shoe. Thank you to everyone!

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the environment was lovely, right by the sea. It was very comfortable for one person. It's about a 10-minute drive from the airport, and if there's no traffic, I would definitely choose this place again next time.

Lovely stay, looks way nicer than the photos. The room amenities are low but the resort is lovely, great vibes, friendly staff and good location to travel north and south.

There's a laundry room! Washing and drying costs $4 each, it smells amazing, I even washed all of Honolulu's dirty clothes!

There's a Coconut Markerplace shopping area nearby, a five-minute walk, no need to cross the street. It has a medium-sized supermarket selling hot ready-made meals; the food is decent, no tipping is required, and they accept UnionPay, which is great.

No deposit is required, and there are free bicycles for rent. Turn right after exiting and walk along the beach; it's quite beautiful, but go early to avoid the scorching sun.

Each building has free water dispensers where you can get hot water, which is great for seniors.

The rooms aren't cleaned, but they do change the towels and trash cans. You'll be given a few towel cards upon check-in to exchange for pool towels at the front desk.

Free parking; the front desk will give you a small card upon check-in. Overall, highly recommended! I hope this helps everyone!

The hotel is a beach hotel, but not the best for swimming - waves, wind, rocks. But if you have a car, it is convenient to get from the hotel to both the north and south of the island. There is a large selection of food/restaurants near the hotel.

Beautiful renovated hotel! Great atmosphere, friendly staff good drinks and food! Lovely amenities for the rooms.

This time that I stayed, there was not the best room. This is my fourth time staying there and the last trip I got to stay in the remodeled rooms which were great. This last trip. I stayed in the older one and the room was pretty stinky smelling like mildew, but it was just for one night 

Beautiful beach on property. Lounge chairs to sit on the beach in the evening and listen to the ocean. Absolutely relaxing, be careful though, you may fall asleep.

Front desk staff and housekeepers were all friendly and always helpful.

Only 2 floors, which is nice, less crowded. Our room was clean and beds were firm which is how I like it.

Parking is first come first serve, but they have valet parking for free. Never had to use this service cause there was always a spot. People are coming and going at all times of the day and night.

I would recommend this hotel for families or couples. Definitely will make this our go to when visiting Kauai in the near future.
