Under construction. Place look like it was actually shut down. But on the inside, everything was OK.

The staff was fine it was the accommodations that were lacking

The staff was friendly but the pictures are deceiving. Not nearly as nice as shown. Construction stuff everywhere and didn’t really feel safe

Hotel was under renovation by entrance. Had no idea when I booked my reservation. The staff were excellent. The room was very nice. The only suggestion I have is there is no where to put your clothes during a shower. The love seat was a nice touch.

It was clean and staff was friendly. Disappointed in not being able to get a free breakfast but I probably my fault for not read fine print. Other down side was a child pulled the fire alarm in morning and pissed everyone off. Not the hotel’s fault but annoying and we just left early.

Breakfast was simply a bait and switch. If you prepaid, you only got three choices from the menu, none of which were attractive options. I paid $12 on my last day for a cappucino and banana. Although there were good looking muffins on the counter, those of us who had prepaid got two small, stale muffins that seemed to come from the dollar store. Not impressed and won't go back.

Room was clean. Staff was pleasant upon check in and checkout. Did not have breakfast on site. No pets. Wish we had know the hotel was under construction.

Used Tampon
We found a used tampon next to our bed so we asked to change rooms late at night. The rep that helped us did not offer any compensation for our poor experience. Did not feel comfortable taking a photo of a used tampon on my phone.

Ice maker was broken and concierge went above and beyond by going to get me ice on a different floor. Also I was experiencing a personal tragedy and the manager extended my check out time.

Hotel didn’t have my reservation in the system at all. However after searching front desk was able to find up a room and match the ******* price.
Besides that hotel was clean, beds comfortable and spacious rooms.
