We had an excellent view of the boardwalk, beachand the ocean. Everything was updated and clean.

We didn't have a view of the beach but the streets. Staff was amazing. Rooms could have been cleaner. Pool was not big and dirty.

Got better than what I expected for the price. Front desk ladies were happy & helpfully. Only thing that would be nice would be some type of dimmer lights for night, outlets near beds & softer beds. Will definately be staying here again! Full kitchen with full size fridge saved us $ not having to eat out. It's like a hotel sized condo.

Solid place..great location
Great Location. It is a time share so you could be asked to change rooms and there aren't much ammenities but a little pool but the 2 minute walk to boardwalk on 1st street is crucial

Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great location and roof deck over the boardwalk. Murphy beds are great.

Boardwalk One was nice. My only complaint was the mattresses are horrible. I could feel the springs when I laid down on it. Other than that, loved the location, the water pressure and all appliances worked too.

NICE WEEKEND
WE HAD NICE WEATHER FRI AND SAT BUT SUNDAY IT RAINED SO WE FOUND AN ANTIQUE STORE " A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING " AND SHE GAVE US A MAP OF OTHER ANTIQUE STORES, TO SEE ON A RAINY SUNDAY..

Directly on the Boardwalk in the heart of OC with balcony overlooking boardwalk and ocean! Friendly Staff.

The property was clean and in a great location. Was an efficiency apartment with two Murphy beds. Nice little balcony with a view of the boardwalk and the beach. Only negative was the couches. Normally not an issue but when a hurricane is approaching and you’re stuck inside a comfortable couch would be nice to have.

Except for the front desk staff, it was OK
Location was awesome! Room was dated but ok. Lol. The floor had more waves than the ocean. We booked an oceanfront room and was told that since they were a timeshare hotel, they dont guarantee any reservations made by outside parties (like *******). We were only staying three nights and they wanted us to move rooms for the last one.

Housekeeping staff was awesome. Communicative, helpul, friendly, etc.

Front desk staff was horrid. Not friendly, impatient, and condescending.
