I was here for my Husband's Birthday/Memorial Day Weekend and we enjoyed our weekend!! The resort is beautiful, the view of the beach was amazing!! The staff from check-in to check -out was friendly and courteous

We came for the weekend to just getaway. We had a suite and was very big and spacious. We would love to come back in the warmer months but might be a little more expensive

Our stay was GREAT!!! The staff was very attentive and helpful. We rented a condo, it had 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed the other had 2 queen size bed the living room also had a pull out couch

Absolutely loved it here. Nice clean rooms. The staff was absolutely amazing as well. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Highly recommend!

We've stayed in a few places down in OC and this was by far our favorite

After they closed and sold our beloved Dunes Manor, the hotel we were married at, we chose The Princess Royale for our anniversary getaway! We love the location! Stayed in a newly renovated king room with an ocean view

The room was so clean, very comfortable. The oceanfront view was spectacular! Restaurant for breakfast was delicious and affordable. We loved the indoor pool and hot tubs

Did not use the pool, but looks great, plan on coming back 6 yrs ive been coming, the staff is amazing, we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us in room rose pedals, wine, a print out wishing us Happy anniversary

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we stayed in a renovated oceanfrontroom on the eighth floor. We had a great time. The pool wasn’t crowded at all, and the staff is very very friendly. We will be back again.

And also enjoyed sitting out at the fire pits on a cool evening. Was all together a wonderful experience and beautiful hotel. 10/10 and would stay here again!

Hotel staff was friendly an awesome !!! Room up dated a very clean cozy beds!!! Hot tub was a plus !!

Beach view is wonderful! The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. And the restaurant is excellent. We visit Ocean City several times a year and always stay here. Always!

The property is really nice and clean. The room was nice and clean. We had a double queen with ocean view and Kitchenette. The room was spacious and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The sunrise in the morning is beautiful, but for the price of more than 8,000 days, the facilities are average, and the swimming pool is not clean

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the water park. The restaurant in the hotel serves good breakfast, lunch and dinner

Beach view unobstructed. Clean room. Great room amenities. Large screen TV. Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant.

The next day I had to call someone to clean up and the cleaning was very sloppy. The hygiene needs to be improved!

And the VIEW! WOW! Its right in the middle of the action, right on the boardwalk, yet if you want a quiet place to retreat this is your place. One of the best places we've stayed in Ocean City

We absolutely love the charm and quirkiness of this place. The artwork, the furnishings are amazing. The rooms are clean comfortable and spacious

Wonderful place with the old time hotel feel. I would say best for just adults alone with no kids. This hotel is older, so if you have kids a more modern hotel would suffice. Also would suggest the ocean front rooms

4 stars only because the staff was soo awesome! The room not so much! Bed sucked and desperately needs to be replaced!

Staff was great. Allison in particular went out of her way to help when there was an issue with a nearby smoker. She offered to move us. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Location is great.

While the outdoor pool was not in season, the view was marred by an unkempt outdoors area featuring dead trees, fallen branches, and poolside chairs in the empty pool, which was not ideal

We didn't visit the restaurant or pool but our room was perfect. We loved the balcony and ocean view. We had lots of space and our favorite bathroom ever, with the double sinks and jetted large tub.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The only downside was that they would not accept my offer to wear a Philadelphia Eagles jersey. Otherwise, they were awesome.

Everything was great except the indoor pool was cold and they had a lots of kids playing in the gym and game area other than that it was ok

Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, plates, utensils, coffee machine, sink and blender. Plates, mugs, cups, wine glasses are in room for you! You can see the ocean and hear the waves from bed

Got a fantastic rate in off season. Stayed in oceanfront room that walked out onto their patio. Bar/Grotto Pizza closed for season. Only downside was indoor pool was very murky so we didn't swim

I love having fridge, Microwave, and toaster! Love being able to enjoy the beach view, sounds, and air with sliding glass doors which we usually kept open

However, while I’m glad folks have the option to bring pets (at least in the off-season), it was hard to relax with dogs barking while our door to the balcony was open

This hotel has to be in the top 5 I've stayed in over the years. It's absolutely perfect location to the boardwalk and other activities in the area. The rooms are amazing and very well kept

The suite was beautiful and very clean. The amenities were excellent. A great location and a beautiful view.

Rooms are large and efficiencies. They could use an update soon but are fine for now. Breakfast package at the coral reef restaurant is a great deal and the service from the deep end pool bar and grill is excellent

This was my third year in row staying at Holiday Inn and every year the staff and my stay has been amazing. Super friendly greeting at check in. The staff checks in through text to make sure my stay was going well

We rented an oceanfront suite for the week. Service was outstanding! Amenities are wonderful, and we could walk to all of the boardwalk attractions. Easy on and easy off to drive to other areas in Ocean City

) The hotel is right on the board walk. Souvenir shop downstairs as well. A good 30 min walk to the carnival area. Didn’t like the breakfast much. But the service with Gabriel was excellent!!

My husband and I would definitely stay again the staff was absolutely amazing. Very clean rooms and spacious the ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars overall was because parking was limited

Stayed for a night and the room was very clean and inviting. The check in was very nice and owners went out of their way to satisfy any request. One block from boardwalk and this hotel will be one of our first choice

Considering we had no reservations, the office staff went out of their way to help us, the room was wonderful, and the rates, especially for being at the height of the season, were very reasonable

Front desk was very friendly, and even kept a close eye on our motorcycle too! Definitely would stay again, very easy to get in and out with a location that's close to the main boardwalk pier and lots of restaurants

the only thing that could be better is the parking issue but it's understandable that it is busy around the summer time

The room was clean on arrival, staff was nice, no odd smells, and we got what we needed, a simple stay. The location was excellent, right by the beach and all of the bars/restaurants that we wanted to go to

The owner, Anil, and Natasha went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival and early departure times. They made the whole stay worthwhile

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews - we had a good stay. The room was recently renovated and while it wasn’t a 5 star stay, we knew what we were getting into - you get what you pay for

And the rooms do have mini fridges, mini microwaves, and a mini TV that no one will steal. The AC looks new, and I found the bed to be comfortable. The free wifi was good at my end

This well-located class C property is a good choice for solo and budget travelers. They have upgraded much recently, but have more to do. New plank flooring in the rooms & lobby

However, my bathroom didn't have even 1 towel bar. Enough parking, & even a mini pool until 10pm. Very convenient stores nearby

I have no idea what these bad reviews are, this place was perfect! (For what I was willing to pay for, obviously) Me and three other friends booked the last weekend of summer vacation about three days before going, this was the cheapest place in town, so we were apprehensive

I was a bit cautious about the deposit, but I got it back on my card within the timeframe that I was told at the reception (I think 3 days). Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again

We were looking for a cheap option to just sleep for two nights, and that’s what we got. Room, sheets and towels were perfectly clean, service was friendly, beds were comfortable, very spacious room

It wasn’t a 5 star hotel clearly, as we weren’t expecting that, but it was indeed 5 stars for what it was supposed to be. We didn’t pay for parking, so we parked for free nearby, no problem

We were on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall. There was a nice view of the bay. The room was small, but comfy. The best thing about it is the fact that it's only 2 blocks from the boardwalk

Not a bad price for being conveniently close to the boardwalk, at around 22nd st. The staff was wonderful as well! Very pleasant and helpful! I'll definitely come back
