Nice balcony and view Wish they would have informed me or put on listing that there was going to be construction going on, one day had to turn TV up quite a bit to hear it, another day couldn't open the slider to the balcony cause the construction noise was loud Pool and hot tubs were nice

The room was so clean, very comfortable. The oceanfront view was spectacular! Restaurant for breakfast was delicious and affordable. We loved the indoor pool and hot tubs

Staff was very friendly and quick to respond to replacing a toaster. Highly recommend this hotel. Pool and hot tubs were great.

everything was fine, clean room, got a small kitchen and balcony as well. Plenty of towels

And also enjoyed sitting out at the fire pits on a cool evening. Was all together a wonderful experience and beautiful hotel. 10/10 and would stay here again!

Our room was very clean. I wish the staff had mentioned there was construction going on through out the hotel. Above our room, below our room.....not much fun.

The next day I had to call someone to clean up and the cleaning was very sloppy. The hygiene needs to be improved!

We did not have breakfast onsite although it was available for purchase. We enjoyed the lattes! Ordered from the restaurant. Loved the view! Great room for a weekend getaway. Will return soon!

Clean, comfortable, great food, and wonderful staff. We go to Ocean City several times a year and we ALWAYS stay at Double Tree because it is consistently excellent!

Everything was excellent. Room was cleaned staff was polite and the view of the beach was awesome. Didn’t eat breakfast there.

The stay at the double tree was fantastic very clean rooms staff super nice and recommend to everyone

We had a tv in our bedroom as well as the living room. The bathroom had facial towels, hand towels, and bath towels, mini soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. There was also a hair dryer in the bathroom

She made EXCELLENT coffee drinks! She’s a gem! The pool area was nice although the water was a little murky. There’s a bar hut near the pool that was a cool spot to chill, nibble on some food, and get some drinks

The beach access is perfect and beautiful. Even though it was cold, being able to walk out onto the beach and hear the ocean was peaceful and calming. There are restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance

There’s a full size ironing board and iron available in the room. We had a $45 resort room credit. We used it for coffee and pastries each morning. The lady at the coffee bar was so sweet and friendly

We came for the weekend to just getaway. We had a suite and was very big and spacious. We would love to come back in the warmer months but might be a little more expensive

I love that we had a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a 2 area cooking top, and a keurig coffee machine with pods in our room. There was an extra blanket in the room

Solid place..great location Great Location. It is a time share so you could be asked to change rooms and there aren't much ammenities but a little pool but the 2 minute walk to boardwalk on 1st street is crucial

Got better than what I expected for the price. Front desk ladies were happy & helpfully. Only thing that would be nice would be some type of dimmer lights for night, outlets near beds & softer beds

Will definately be staying here again! Full kitchen with full size fridge saved us $ not having to eat out. It's like a hotel sized condo

We stayed in unit 604 oceanfront and had a wonderful view. Unit was clean, had a flat screen tv and enough pots,dishes ect for stay

We had an excellent view of the boardwalk, beachand the ocean. Everything was updated and clean.

We didn't have a view of the beach but the streets. Staff was amazing. Rooms could have been cleaner. Pool was not big and dirty.

We didn't visit the restaurant or pool but our room was perfect. We loved the balcony and ocean view. We had lots of space and our favorite bathroom ever, with the double sinks and jetted large tub.

Super friendly staff. Extremely clean room and fantastic view. A walk in shower would be nice but also don’t want to give up the jacuzzi.

The outdoor pool was winterized so Ignore that rating. I usually give The Hilton 5 stars and I return every year, but I may not stay there again

From the moment I checked in my entire stay was wonderful. Hotel staff knew it was my birthday week and had a cheese/fruit platter waiting in my room

They checked in to see if anything was needed and accommodated me with photo shoot of beautiful ocean. Can't wait to visit again!!!!!

Everything was great except the indoor pool was cold and they had a lots of kids playing in the gym and game area other than that it was ok

However, my bathroom didn't have even 1 towel bar. Enough parking, & even a mini pool until 10pm. Very convenient stores nearby

The room was clean on arrival, staff was nice, no odd smells, and we got what we needed, a simple stay. The location was excellent, right by the beach and all of the bars/restaurants that we wanted to go to

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews - we had a good stay. The room was recently renovated and while it wasn’t a 5 star stay, we knew what we were getting into - you get what you pay for

The owner, Anil, and Natasha went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival and early departure times. They made the whole stay worthwhile

And the rooms do have mini fridges, mini microwaves, and a mini TV that no one will steal. The AC looks new, and I found the bed to be comfortable. The free wifi was good at my end

This well-located class C property is a good choice for solo and budget travelers. They have upgraded much recently, but have more to do. New plank flooring in the rooms & lobby

It had a small kitchen area with a full sized refrigerator. The patio was larger than most hotels have. Although there wasn't much of a view it did overlook the pool area

We stayed from Thursday Thanksgiving day to Sunday after Thanksgiving. The room was perfect. The people at the desk were very nice. Couldn’t ask for a better stay thank you.

We appreciated being allowed to check in early — thank you for that. However, the listing on ******* stated that parking was available but did not specify that it was paid parking

The maid service was on point with fresh towels,etc. Their pool is nicer than most other hotels we have stayed at and they have a full service bar and food right there

This felt misleading, and I don’t appreciate when important details are hidden or worded unclearly. Cleanliness also needs immediate improvement, as the current level fell short of expectations

This is without a doubt the best Hoilday Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful and it’s very clean. The staff is super friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure the guests enjoy their stay.

My stay was great! My suite was nice and fully equipped. The ocean view was wonderful. The pillows were heavenly. Will book here again.

This is home away from home. It has everything you need, just bring yourself. Staff is always wonderful. Rooms are always clean. Always thanks to the cleaning service staff for the great job they do.

Great place to stay with a family on the Ocean City beach. This hotel is located in a more quiet section of the boardwalk. Has excellent amenities and activities for kids

Only negative was commotion outside of room at 1am from rowdy guest getting off elevator. Understandably that happens (we were first room off elevator). Otherwise would have been a perfect experience

This place is a great place to stay. It is super clean, the staff are friendly & helpful. Very honest. I accidentally left my Therapeudic pillow & they mailed it time.

That's as bad as the so called 'hospitality' (sure let me prove my hospitality by charging you a 2, 3, or 400+ fee!) or 'cleaning' (they are never clean as far as I am concerned) fees charged by all of the privately owned condos and/or townhouses

This hotel is perfectly located right in the middle of tons of shops and restaurants. Many of which are in walking distance. The room was very clean and even had a full sized refrigerator and small stove

For being a bit of an older looking place, it was very comfortable, clean, staff were nice. Ample parking. Plenty to do nearby. Beaches were nice. Very pleased. Would stay again.

Did not have Ocean view and was looking for a budget friendly place during a packed weekend. Then moved or a few days to a boardwalk location with ocean front during the week.

It's a resort town, why would you stay there for a week's vacation if you have to pay a parking fee? That's just going to chase people away

Everyone was so friendly. Our eoom wa ass cleaned every morning after we left dor breakfast. Great location, quiet, awesome views.

The staff was so helpful and made sure we had plenty of towels. They even let us check in early since we arrived in town before our checkout time. Great location, and very clean.

Great hotel right off the beach (1 block away) Being near the 2 main streets of OCMD, I was afraid it was going to be noisy from traffic, but the room was actually very quiet inside

We were looking for a cheap option to just sleep for two nights, and that’s what we got. Room, sheets and towels were perfectly clean, service was friendly, beds were comfortable, very spacious room

I have no idea what these bad reviews are, this place was perfect! (For what I was willing to pay for, obviously) Me and three other friends booked the last weekend of summer vacation about three days before going, this was the cheapest place in town, so we were apprehensive

I was a bit cautious about the deposit, but I got it back on my card within the timeframe that I was told at the reception (I think 3 days). Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again

It wasn’t a 5 star hotel clearly, as we weren’t expecting that, but it was indeed 5 stars for what it was supposed to be. We didn’t pay for parking, so we parked for free nearby, no problem

TV was in an odd place to watch from the bed. Shower was clean and easy to get in and out of. Vending machines, ice maker and coffee maker would make it better. 3:30 pm check in is a bit of a pain

We were on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall. There was a nice view of the bay. The room was small, but comfy. The best thing about it is the fact that it's only 2 blocks from the boardwalk
