The service here was great. Friendly staff that are willing to work to accommodate to help better serve your needs. Rooms are clean and open. I loved this quaint hotel that is right off the boardwalk!

Very clean and the staff was extra friendly. Great location but couldn't get the TV to work and there were no convenient outlets for a laptop to be used. The room was much smaller than any I had seen in photos online. Having to park 2 blocks away was inconvenient and not mentioned in anything I saw online. I understand that it's an old hotel but I have paid less for better this same week in Ocean City.

Very cute bed and breakfast feel hotel (without the breakfast). Staff was very nice and friendly with great conversation.
Our room was at the very top facing the bay direction. You don't get a view due to all the surrounding buildings but you are a two minute walk to the boardwalk which was great!
Our room was adorable. Very comfortable bed, although it was very noisy. Has a mini fridge and tv (you have to pay a fee to use tv)
Bathroom was very clean and well put together, although the shower was small, it was all we needed for a one night stay.
Free parking is in the back and extra parking is two blocks away. Sometimes the back lot fills up so you have to park in the extra parking but it's free parking. Regular parking is $2.00/ hour. I'm happy with walking two blocks.
We will definitely be coming back next vacation! Overall great experience!

Super clean. Affordable. Great staff. Easy to book. And across from the board walk, and near all the food spots . 24 hour pizzeria right around the corner . Great porch to sit on ! It's really comfy here

Poor excuse for a hotel. There was no one working the front desk our whole stay, the owner told us "our pool was the big ocean, and there was no ice machine but we could get some down the street!"

this place is disgusting i wasted my money coming here i had to take showers at my friends hotel at comfort inn cause the hotel at surf villa was disgusting. The showers made my skin itch i had to wear shoes in the shower. the water wasn’t hot at all. the beds and the room seemed dusty. luckily for me my friends got sheets to change the sheets on the bed. while we were changing the sheets we found someone’s underwear under the sheets the hotel gave us. The room smelled horrible! something like a moldy smell. i give this hotel a 0/10 never go here you might catch an infection.

This place is acceptable and in business for one reason: its location. You can walk straight to the beach and have a little bit of view. Aside from that, there are only 6 parking spots, 1 taken by the owner. Everyone else had to get a special parking pass for the hotel a few blocks down. The showers were barely clean when we got there, all the fixtures and faucets and rusty, the beds are really cheap metal frames in lifts that dip a few inches when you sit in the and the mattresses are stiff. The TV was about 13 inches and only had about 10 channels or so through the dish box that was sitting on top of it and the signal went out repeatedly.
Do not recommend. There are hotels cheaper in this area that are better quality.

Perfect so far as location. One block off the boardwalk and priced reasonably for the season, on the third row. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping is good. It's safe to leave things in your room. Cooled by window unit. Water pressure is fair (not their fault). They only provide soap. They do not even sell shampoo, toothbrushes, razors, or toothpaste at the front desk. The coke machine vends Soda that feels like it was sitting outside the Alamo in July. Overall, as a place to sleep, it is better than passable.

Room was clean and very affordable. Service was friendly and available. Sizeable room, but the layout was very strange and not particularly efficient. Shower is extremely small with low water pressure. No dresser in the room, which would be an easy fix if the layout were different. AC thankfully was very effective. Would stay again if my budget dictated a budget stay.
