Unlike your more expensive hotels - motels, no-one came around to see if we needed clean towels, washclothes each day. The air - heat kept shutting off on it's own. We were also told we could not stay any longer than one more night because the room was booked by someone else. I find it hard to believe that all 25 rooms are booked. You hardly see a lot of vehicles here. I think the reason why they told us that is we booked the room on line, and we got a discount. We were not told anything about the room being booked. You don't book something that will not be available for a period of time.
I love the accommodations in this motel because I have two sinks ,with cable TV and a large Mini refrigerator and nice shower. The location is great with many places to eat. My room is cleaned every week by staff. Also, the general manager is very good and accessible to accommodate my needs if any issues with my room and stay!

Great independently owned motel that Delhi Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is trying to take for their buddies' building projects. Hold the line and don't let these scummy bureaucrats take your property!
Great customer service nice owners and love helping people in the community in need like us one of the cheapest motels besides hebbs inn in mason it's $55 a night or $280 a week
If you have a choice between motels do not pick this motel. It has roaches and the rooms some of them are clean rooms other ones are very nasty some of them have bad smells...
The owner or the person that runs the place is not a very nice man. He moved me three times in one week. Then he gave me the worst room in the whole place. Stay out of room number #10

This Motel is amazing and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a safe, clean, comfortable place to stay. The consumer service was perfect, he was so friendly and helpful. And I just can’t say enough about how wonderful the room we stayed in was. Very clean and with an amazingly comfortable bed. I give this motel 5 stars and would definitely come back or recommend it to anyone.

I have to say staying in this motel has been pure pleasure. The atmosphere is great. The surroundings are peaceful bringing peace of mind. Not to mention the easy access to store's, restaurants, and even the bus lines for those who don't have vehicles. For those that do plenty of parking spaces are available. If you need medicines there are pharmacies available. And if you're a religious person there are several churches in the area. Overall the Village Inn is ideal to lay your head and the surrounding are suitable to even bring your children. Oh yeah the rooms are very clean and smoke free. They also supply you with microwaves and refrigerators in case you want something warn to eat or keep your food from spoiling or your beverages cold. Two thumbs up ??

The 5 stars are not because this is a fancy place.
But it is clean.
The owner is kind, attentive, personable.
Don't know what rates are now (03/08/2017) but I paid $200 per week - and can't say it was anything short of a bargain.
I was in the area recently - and I was only spending a single night in a hotel. I'm so sorry I went to another hotel. I should have at least checked to see if they had a vacancy here, but know that they usually don't.
