Not much interaction with staff. Parking is limited. Cabin is minimalist but does cover the basics. Nice lake view and not too far from attractions.

We stayed her in September, our stay was amazing! We stayed in one of the King Loft cabins. They are very clean and comfortable. Porch has an overhang for shade, and a great view of the lake. Owners Chris and Belinda always want the people staying there to have a great time. They offer paddle boards and canoes free of charge. They also have a pontoon for rent, as well as Chris is a fishing guide and a captain, for those who want to go out on the lake but can’t drive a boat. Can’t say enough about them and the resort!! We love it here!!

So happy we found Calm Waters. Our cabin was 17 and it was awesome. The resort is clean, quiet and beautiful on the water of TableRock Lake. Even though outside of Branson, you are still very close to drive in and experience Branson and super close to Silver Dollar City. The owners are lovely people and do everything they can to make your stay perfect! I would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you Calm Waters

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was flawless; the condo was clean and well supplied. The staff was professional and friendly. Having easy access to Table Rock Lake was an added bonus. The pool was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the stunning views of the lake and took advantage of the complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, canoes and rowboat. Our fishing guide was extremely knowledgeable and made our fishing excursion enjoyable. We recommend this resort, and plan to make it our home away from home again.

Our family of 4 stayed in one of the Studio A-frame cabins at Calm Waters Resort and had a great time. Everyone enjoyed being right on the lake and the free access to Paddle Boards, Kayak, and Canoes on the dock a short walk away from the cabin. The cabin and resort were clean and made a great stay. The kids are already asking when we can go back and the entire family enjoyed our time here.

What an absolute gem of a place! The owners are absolutely incredible! The cabin itself was adorable. It was very well maintained and clean. The view from the back deck was breathtaking. We also rented a jet ski and it was a blast! If we are ever in Branson we will certainly stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay. Clean, quiet, nice surroundings, good for fishing, very good communication, easy booking, good location…special thank you for Chris, he is the best fishing charter captain, me and my boys enjoyed our first fishing trip so much and caught many fish too. We will definitely be back.

The best
This was an amazing trip they had everything there that youd need. I didnt have to go far for food it was close to a general store and bait shop the dock had all the things youd need for fishing you could rent things like a golf cart or boat or jet ski it was awesome so cozy and relaxing

Great spot at a reasonable price. Beautiful view of the lake from the cabin. It is a very short drive to Branson.
