Staff very friendly and helpful! Bathroom missing containers of shampoo & body wash in shower. No soap at vanity. Was placed in our room upon request. Extra blanket in closet needed washing. Breakfast buffet offerings were not hot enough.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was spotless and had a great view of the Nativity. Couldnt be a better experience

Smooth check in, amenities options

Very nice property located on the lake with beautiful views. We will return during the summer for a family gathering. Shuttle service is a plus. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all of the amenities available. Rode around the facility and everything is just pristine. Can’t wait to get back so I can stay longer.

Really loved our stay at Savannah House. My husband and our daughter shared a room for a quick one night stay. Beds were so comfortable, we all slept like babies even in a hotel bed. What a great place to stay! Service is outstanding with kind people willing to help every time we needed something. They played Christian music in the lobby and gave away these little Jesus figurines at breakfast! Everybody needs a little Jesus in their lives! Will stay here again when in Branson!

For the price it was great. The room was a little dirty (hair left in the sink), my room smelled like a mix of mildew and dog pee but my family’s room across the hall had no stench at all. The dessert was a nice touch and breakfast was fine. The staff were fantastically friendly.

This was our second stay at LaQuinta. The first experience was good. This current stay we experienced seeing a roach. We advised staff upon checking out that they need to spray.

The indoor pool is NOT HEATED and is over treated with a low quality chlorine/chemical solution. The floors in the room were not clean and the air unit stopped working on the 2nd night of our stay. The staff and the breakfast were great.

Check in was informative and the lady was super sweet. Plenty of breakfast options. Close to main attractions and not being on the main attraction road made navigating easier. Only negatives would be the walls are super thin; can hear everything. And the male staff member who works 2nd shift is extremely rude.

The lady at the front desk was rude while checking in. After she checked us she said we had to Ck in with the concierge. He was very aggressive and did not really explain what he was insisting we schedule an appt for the am. He charged me $40 which he said was just a hold, when I told him no he pressured me into it. Kitchen had everything we needed and pool was easy to access

The 2 bedroom condo unit was clean, well furnished and spacious for us (2 couples). Easy access, good parking and enjoyed the Experience Center activities.

The room is okay. A bit small, it is a pretty old hotel and the reviews seems to be misleading. We booked for 3 nights, all the 4 mornings had exactly the same breakfast which is ok. A rating of 8+ seems way too high, a 7 should be most fitting

We stayed in the second building. It was not as clean and the coffee was old. It seems like it needs updating. The staff was friendly and our check in was great. I would stay in the main building next time. It’s cleaner and the food and coffee is fresh.

My first time visit to Branson with my grand daughter. The hotel was amazing rooms, pool, breakfast and even the game room. We had a blast and it was even close to things we visited. Friendly helpful lady at the front desk. If I’m ever that way again will stay at Comfort Inn after an over 4 hours drive from Jonesboro Ar the bed felt amazing once we finally laid down😁10/10

We stayed with our two young children. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The breakfast was nice. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, and then all the cold things. The pool was great to wear the kids out before bed. We will stay again.

The WiFi is technically not free. However, we were provided a code to utilize WiFi later. Upon check-in, there is a salesman attempting to persuade you into a meeting and membership. Other than those two items, the place was really nice.

Privacy at a great price We had a wonderful stay here. The room was actually an apartment. We had a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, . .everything we could need. My daughter and her husband had one room and my husband and I the other. Privacy at a great price.

Everything about the resort was wonderful and as good as it could be. The resort was conveniently located to all the shows that we attended, as well as all the restaurants that we dined with. The only small non-positive comment we have is that wi-fi in the room was not complimentary. Other than that everything was perfect. Thank you!

Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfy. We had a wonderful time in MO. Easy to get to many restaurants and attractions. Most only 5-7 minutes away by car. The wife and I were on a little getaway, so we stayed at the baldknobbers. The room was a little dated, but clean and tidy. Very fast hot water,(important to me), and the staff was very friendly. Only problem we had was two kids in a car that wasn't supposed to be there, it was midnight and front office wouldn't answer the phone, so no security when we needed it. This hotel is completely adequate. It had great hot water and gave plenty of towels and wash cloths. The shampoo left a little to be desired as it was just a tiny pouch. The only real issue I had with it was the door locks. They are the actual keys not cards which wasn't a problem but they didn't have any other safety locks or latches. I would have felt more comfortable with another lock on the door

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. However, my sink did not drain very quickly. Not fun watching your toothpaste float around for four minutes. When entering the office area, several boxes, Samsung television, and other boxes were in the area. When checking out televisions were still in the office area after 5 days.
