WorldMark Branson in Branson

Our stay at WorldMark at Branson was extremely disappointing due to a serious cleanliness issue. Late one evening, we discovered bed bugs on the shower curtain in our unit. This was alarming and completely unacceptable. We immediately contacted the help desk around 11:30 p.m. to report the issue. Unfortunately, we were told there was nothing they could do at that time and that a manager would be emailed. No alternative accommodations, inspection, or immediate assistance was offered. Because of this, we felt we had no choice but to cut our trip short. We were staying with family and friends and had activities planned for another full day, all of which had to be canceled. This was especially frustrating and disappointing right before Christmas. A situation like this should be handled with urgency and care. The lack of response and support only made an already stressful situation worse. We expected much better from a resort of this reputation.

We drove up to Branson, because we had a confirmed reservation at WorldMark Branson. Arriving at the resort we are informed that they had no record of our reservation. Over a three period, we worked with RCI and the WorldMark check in clerk. The clerk informed us and Sara an RCI supervisor that they did not have any rooms available. This was despite the fact that my wife had caddied the resort twice to confirm that they had a handicap facility available. In the end we had to rent two hotels units for the night. Sara was able to refund the transfer fee, and put the week back into our account. Sara was great, but was unable to resolve the issue.
