The included breakfast might have been the best part. The rooms were decent. Nothing had been deep-cleaned in quite awhile, but basic cleanliness (fresh linens, everything vacuumed, and wiped down) was fine. It’s definitely an older property but we were able to take back roads everywhere and avoid the traffic on 76 which is what we wanted. Staff was great. Mattresses and pillows were not. Did not sleep well and woke with headaches both mornings. It’s a decent economy stay especially if you need multiple rooms or multiple nights. I probably wouldn’t stay here again just because I slept terribly and woke up sore, but never say never.

Room was average. Sink had peeled off top layer of finish. Was basically clean, but not maintained.

Every thing was great. I’ve stayed several places in Branson and this wasn’t the best for being soooo low in price!!!

We decided to stay an extra night because we enjoyed our trip so much. We had a wonderful breakfast at the hotel and received help from the front desk with printing our tickets to our show. Thank you so much for the kindness! We will be back soon. Thank you again!

Always great and our favorite spot to stay at when we come to Branson. It is clean, friendly, a great location, and very quiet. We enjoy the breakfast as well.

The hotel was older and not very well kept. The carpets were dirty. There was a roach in one of the beds. The floor squeaked when walking on causing excess noise. The entire property had trash around it including old tires and other random items dumped in the wood line. The breakfast was a small selection which was cold at 7:45 am. I will not be returning.

I would not stay here for an extended stay but it was doable for a night, and it was available when we needed a place in a pinch.

A comfortable bed, clean room, decent breakfast, good price, and friendly staff - just what we wanted!

Bed was fine. Room was a little dirty. Had trouble sleeping because the person above me would stomp around till after midnight.

Room was clean, bed was comfy. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. Nice hot water.
