******* and the hotel misplaced our daughter’s reservation. After an hour, located the confirmation number and Rez. Luckily, we were able to get oll our luggage etc. and take kids to the pool while my daughter waited. The hotel upgraded our rooms to arch view as a courtesy. We appreciated the gesture. The pool needed more chairs no towels and depth of the pool should be shared for future families safety.

We stayed one night in a conjoining room. The room I stayed in appears it hadn’t been vacuumed as I found a nail clipping, bobbie pin and white string. The outlet to the charging station next to the bed wasn’t working. While showering I found that the shampoo was completely empty. When we went to breakfast I was surprised that The Hampton was using styrofoam plates. The seats that aren’t vinyl need a good deep clean (awful looking stains) or get them replaced. We asked for late check out. The Do not disturb was on the knob. House cleaning still knocked on the door. And the rooms don’t have a microwave. Otherwise, check in was great, the room stayed chilly and the bed was comfortable. I will not stay here again.

Great location! Our room had a view of the Arch! The room was very clean and tidy, and quite spacious too! The 24-hour tea and coffee service was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but comprehensive and satisfactory. However, the $30 parking fee seemed a bit steep, especially since there was ground parking next door advertised for $10.

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and friendly at all times. It's really close to the event venue and the Arch. We accidentally lost our room card, and the staff were super helpful and promptly issued a new one for us. The hotel also offers breakfast. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

It was actually a good hotel, after all, it was Hampton Inn. It was past 8:30 when we arrived, the streets were empty, and we couldn't find anything to eat. We returned to the hotel frustrated, and suddenly found free hot water coffee, instant noodles, pizza and microwave in a corner of the lobby. Wow! My good impression of this hotel doubled. Go out and cross the street to get close to the arch. The green space is the most beautiful existence in this city. The spring flowers are blooming. Looking up at the towering arch, I can't help but feel that American manufacturing was really good in the past.
