They were nice and waved the early check in. Called said I could check in early and my room was ready. But when got there it wasn’t ready, had to wait 45 minutes But the first room the mirror fell off the wall when I closed the door. And behind were the mirror was looked like black mold. I do have a picture of what ever it was. Told the front desk and they moved me to a new room. I don’t understand why it’s called Red Roof inn plus plus when there was no amenities no microwave, no mini fridge or WiFi.

We had the lower floor handicapped accessible room. I had many concerns about the safety of truly handicapped guests (we requested the lower floor due to bad knees). The handrail in the tub was loose, the "chair" in the tub was wobbly. We had 2 quite thin bath towels and an even thinner towel to use as a mat. On the third day, since we'd not seen housekeeping, I requested fresh towels, which they brought. However, they took the shower curtain! That was a head scratcher. She returned one after we asked.
Also had to request a coffee maker, but at least we already had the coffee set up in the tray. Also, requested the glass microwave platter that spins as we had none. Dresser drawers were taped due to them falling out if you closed them. A simple, small rock under the front leveled out the dresser and voila! drawers closed.
It was truly a bit discerning to have a big, burly security guard in the "lobby" sitting behind thick glass. What kind of place is this, I wondered. We had no problems, so maybe he scared vandals away. Evenings were quiet.
The bed was okay, and the shower was a perfect temperature. I liked being able to park in front of our room. Made hauling in suitcases easy.
All in all, the four days we stayed there were--adequate.

Overall the room was generally clean even though it was quite outdated.
The staff was friendly.
People were smoking **** outside often… the room has a bad odor. We had a dirty towel and the plug-in for the hair dryer didn’t work. There was no fridge or microwave so it’s only convenient if you only need a place to sleep.
It was quiet though

Checked into my room on June 18th, and after sitting on the bed for a few minutes I noticed bed bugs. I packed up immediately, and told the front desk I'm leaving and want a refund since I was only there for an hour.
Front desk says they can't process refunds and to call customer service.
I call after my trip. They tell me the front desk was supposed to handle the refund, but they'll look into it. They gave a 50% refund. I paid $44 to sit for 45 minutes in a bed bug room.
Stay literally anywhere else. Sleeping in your car will be better.

Air conditioning and parking were great. Clean beds. Older place but decent for price and convenient location.

The room was clean when we walked in. There was no power when we walked in. We had to call the front desk. When the power was on, the air conditioning unit didn’t want to start working. It blew hot air. We called the front desk again. They came and restarted it. When I went to take a shower at the end of night after a long day out on the town, the water wouldn’t go down the drain. It took over an hour for it to drain completely. Had I known this place had this many issues, I would have chose to go somewhere else.

Grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Front desk literally didn’t say one word to me. Handed my license and debit card through a bulletproof window. Walked to our room and the walls had wallpaper missing, bathtub was literally black with stains. Walls had very poor repairs done to them. We stayed maybe five minutes and left to go to a different hotel. Do not recommend!

This hotel was the worse one I’ve ever stayed in. The phone was dead. The coffee machine had a whole in the bottom which was a fire hazard because the electric was exposed when water was poured in the reservoir. Bed sheets appeared to have been used by a previous guest. Do not stay in this hotel. The owners should be ashamed to list this place on their website.

Staff was nice. Room lighting was dark. Room was a bit dirty. Shower was gross, dirty, and oily/slippery. Would not go again.
