I live locally, but had never stayed at Hotel Deco in the 25 years I have lived close by!!! ...
This hotel is amazing!!
The staff is SO courteous & welcoming with incredible customer service
Very accommodating

Had breakfast & dinner at the Monarch & both meals were great!! Dinner just a little bit better (*the ribeye was a definite chefs kiss!!).

The room was spacious, clean & perfect
Bed comfortable
Quiet hotel

The ONLY downside was the outside noise, BUT its the Old Market, not much the hotel can do about it

Def go next door & check out the speak easy, the "Wicked Rabbit" such a great atmosphere & experience!!

You wont regret staying at Hotel Deco!!!

So I got there a little late about 930 and we decided to order dinner. 2 plates and 1 drink came out to $110 and they wouldn't even bring it to the room. They messed up the order and wouldn't do anything about it. Even the chicken that was on the plate which was supposed to be salmon was terrible and dry and cold. In the next morning woke up a little bit late and requested late check out and they gave me an extra 15 minutes. Was completely rushed out by the staff who told me that it was booked full the next day when I know it for a fact that it wasn't cuz I was being offered the same room again at a discount online. Overall terrible experience and my first time being at that hotel and I can't see why anybody would enjoy it other than the nice views of inner-city construction

Clean place nice room, easy check in but construction started at four in the morning around our area and was very very loud. Would not stay here again until construction is over.

It's Jimmy John's. I had my sandwich within 3 minutes of entering the door. They made it as advertised, and I was gone. It was a very average sandwich done very quickly, which is what I came for. Good work everyone.

The library room was wonderful for our party. Food was only OK especially for the price. My steak were over cooked such a same on a beautiful cut of meat. One was horribly under cooked and was sent back twice before it was acceptable. Main seating area had a cafeteria feel - too open and too plain.

My husband and I enjoyed 801 so much, we still rave about it during gatherings when we get to talking about steak. While we dont typically spend this kind of money on date night, we wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Our steaks were both cooked perfectly with equisite seasoning. We had the roasted marrow bones which we were nervous...

Best menu, drinks, and service I've had in Omaha. It is also in a great location. Word of advice: explore the menu fully, including the dessert menu. Would highly recommend the Sully's Nightcap coffee.

Very nice restaurant. We're visiting from MN and didn't think of packing any nice clothes, so we walked in with myself in a t-shirt and others in sweatshirts and the likes. They were very courteous and didn't care what we were wearing. Unlike some other restaurants I've been to. Overall good food, fabulous hosts, and a good choice to go to.

Visited the Starbucks in downtown Omaha. Great experience great staff. The service was outstanding. I was able to get a tall vanilla latte, two cakes pops and a chocolate marble cake not to bad for $10.64 making my experience a perfect visit at Starbucks! Yay!

Staff is ok. Friendly, but less efficient than some other Starbucks. Quality is consistent with other locations. However, for whatever reason they do not seem to run out of seasonal product as quickly as others, which is a nice bonus and typically seems to have less of a wait.

This location was remodeled in 2015 and it is very nice. It's always busy with the business people from the Twin Towers who come in and stopped for coffee, the people going to the public library across the street, and just people walking down the street and see that there's a Starbucks there.

Though I am not a coffee drinker I stop in regularly to partake of their baked goods like the scones and chocolate chip cookies along with pumpkin bread when it's in season. I also like their selection of teas and hot chocolate.

The location is very busy at all the times you would expect it to be. Early in the morning during lunchtime and late afternoon is when it seems to be a madhouse with people in line getting the copies and other treats. The staff work very hard and get the drinks to the customers very quickly. I've never had a problem with any of my orders and it has always been with the smile. Starbucks does a good job with hiring staff.

The location is convenient with in the downtown area and a quick walk from many of the hotels and the convention center. I expect this location to get even busier once they open the new Capital District series of businesses and hotels. That being said I don't expect the service or the smiles of the employees to suffer.
