There were dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived. Carpet is filthy. There was a flashlight left on the counter. No soap by any sink. The room was in rough shape. Pictures online do not reflect accurately.

Door lock was broken and door was broken half way off. Pool was closed even tho it was 85 degrees and nobody notified me and it’s the main reason I chose this hotel. Only decaf coffee packets in room, not enough soap. The whole property looks abandoned. And there are huge loud dogs that bark ALL NIGHT. I was sad for the dogs.

First room we were given toilet was backed up in the floor. When i told the office they said maintenance would be right there an hour andhalf later when i complaind the second time was told maintenance had left they moved us. Second room half the lights didnt work. Both roo.s looked like the doors hd been kicked in

lol i'm laughing so i dont cry. i booked this hotel for the loft style room but i thought i was booking a different location - this was so bad. i had my kids and they laughed, people live here i heard a lady say that she was here until october when her apt would be ready. there was a lady at midnight in the laundry room in her undergarments doing her laundry. the rooms are horrible, mattresses stained the curtains ripped the door had a huge gap. Im lucky we got out ok , nothing missing and we basically used the room to shower and get ready for our event but never again. stay away it really is the so-nasty

I wanted a not too expensive room with a kitchenette and this looked decent online. Nope. Carpet was dirty, room smelled like mold, the bathroom was so scary I skipped taking a shower. There was one cup, 2 glasses, 2 plates, 1 knife, etc. The grounds were covered in trash and the breakfast was minimal. You get what you pay for.

This is not what we expected at all. Its not for out of towners. People are living here. The room was dirty, the grounds were dirty, and the top level was hot even though the bottom level was freezing. The ceiling fan was loose and making a loud ticking noise impossible to sleep through. Curtains were torn up at both windows. Pool was closed even though I read it was open until Sept 13th and that was one of the main reasons we booked it. A pile of rocks in the parking lot was a hazard. Strong smell of **** everywhere. Staff was nice and sadly that was the only good thing about this place. Total waste of my money.

This hotel is a disaster. I had to change rooms twice because of various issues - bathroom door was missing hinges, power outlets did not work, leaking pipes under the bathroom sink, mold in the cabinets, the AC and the heat running at the same time. The staff was accommodating each time I requested a change, but I should not have put in that position. Doubtful that I'll be returning.

Sonesta, more like SoNasty! this was the worst place to stay at for many reasons. first, the place has no smoking rooms for every room, but everyone in the entire place takes advantage of that and they smoke right outside their rooms. our room smelt like ****, there was sand in our beds, our AC unit was not operating at all, our toilet was leaky, and a light was not working upstairs. at one night, police had to bust into someone room to get someone. sleep was a whole new story because the lights from EVERY building were on at night, which made it feel like noon even though it was midnight. overall, this place was was super sketchy, and i would never recommend this to ANYONE unless they decide to almost risk their lives.

Very dated-Stained carpet, stained furniture, tv in bedroom did not work, kitchen linoleum torn, pair peeled on stairway bannister, volley ball net torn and the free breakfast was not edible when we opened the door the room smelled like cigarettes. I would not recommend this as a place to stay.

Great food, good atmosphere. Definitely worth getting a main dish and adding a single trip to the salad bar instead of just getting the salad bar. The plates are pretty big, so one trip is often all you need (plus you'd get the whole main dish)

The New York Yankee or the Whatever-they-call-it Reuben are works of sandwich art. So much meat between those two slices of bread. My god, my arteries are hardening just thinking about eating it.

Seriously, though, do yourself a favor and order one of these. And, to make up for it, try out the salad bar as well. Perhaps the best one in Omaha.

AMAZEBALLS. Just awesome. Salad bar was fresh, 3 types of greens with every topping you can think of, 10 dressings, and extras. Salmon avocado sandwich was OUT of this WORLD! Fruit was juicy, fresh...never had such tasty strawberries. One of my new favorite restaurants. Just go!

In the middle of ordering my order in the drive thru the order taker cancelled my order then decided to take it again. Ordered steakhouse nachos without guacamole. Received beef nachos with extra guacamole. When the reciept had no guacamole on tried calling their phone number to complain and got a busy signal for 10 minutes before I decided to go back down to have it replaced and complain.

This location always gets my order correct, even when it's overly complicated. They will also make drinks that are not on the menu. The staff is friendly and quick. That goes above and beyond the standard chain coffee store standard in my opinion. I love that with Starbucks I know I'm going to get a high-quality, consistent product no matter where I am. The only reason I give this location 4/5 stars is through no fault of their own, it's because of the crazy old man always wearing clothing with offensive, xenophobic, alternative right/crazy conservative messages emblazoned on them. He's a fixture at the high top bar in the middle of the seating area. I guess he's there leaching off the wifi, aka a Wifi Welfare King haha. I guess that's a pet peeve more than a valid complaint. Thanks for always being responsive, helpful, and serving an excellent product guys, remember to tip your barrista!

This location is a favorite. The hours here are the longest and the people here are all friendly. I've not had many issues with drinks but when I do; I ASK to have it fixed and they assist me as soon as possible. No complaints from me!
