At 9:25 should still have saisage, eggs and potatoes but someone had to ask. Had to switch rooms due to heater unit not working. Front staff gentleman was very very helpful though.

Friendly staff, good breakfast but the pool was dirty and on top of that the hot tub was out and our room smelled funny and the shower had low pressure along with cold water!

Clean rooms, comfortable atmosphere. The lobby area smelled pretty bad for most of our stay. No problem in the room but the lobby smelled like there was a septic issue of some kind.

Everything was good. Quiet, clean, good bed and pillows. Breakfast was good, but the forks and spoons were turned up in a cup so that you couldn’t grab one without touching the others where a person would put it in their mouths.

Everything was geat but no hot water in room 401. We had to turn on the tub and wait 20 to30 minites for the hat water to get to the top floor. It was a pain in the butt to just wash your hands.

I think you should add microwave popcorn or some type of popcorn to your snack bar by the front desk. The reason I marked comfort lower was because usually when I have stayed at a Hampton, I loved the bed and pillows and this was not as good. However, overall I was happy with the room and service and would stay there again.

There were issues with the bathroom vent not working, no water pressure, and the shower drain not draining. When I told the front desk i was met with hostility. The hot tub was more of a warm bath and the pool was chilly. My kids shivered but still played. Also they have a sign saying if you don't want a deposit fee pay by credit card. Paid by credit card and was still charged a deposit.

The food is good, rooms are clean, and staff is friendly. Rooms are starting to look a little worn and old. We miss the floating raft and lily pad in the pool and the warm temperatures but still fun!

Parking was great. Room was good. Breakfast was awesome. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice, shower was not so nice.

Room OK, service OK but a few staff need some customer service training! Breakfast is good with plenty of healthy choice options

Staff was very friendly, and very accommodating. Pool was fun, hot tub nice and hot, and breakfast was hot, fresh, and different each day. The breakfast staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to refill food. Will definitely be staying again!!!

The light glow coming from behind the tv after you shut it off that they tried to cover up with another board hanging from the wall didn’t work, kept me up most of night. Get it fixed geez!! Last half hour of buffet time most food was gone, and wasn’t maintained well, geez!!!

Front desk guy Vishal is great takes care of guest he took care of business and when out of his way to make sure are stay here was great I would advise body to go to this hotel if you want cheap reliable service American and by the zoo is where it is at

Service friendly. Rooms clean. Hotel under going renovations July/August 2024 so minimal breakfast, no TV, pool out of service. AC in rooms 😊. No AC in main areas. Rates for room ok. Would have welcomed a discount. location handy for zoo or garden visit.

I was in town for the Home Instead Senior Care convention and stayed at this Comfort Inn for two nights. The room I stayed in was pretty clean and everything worked okay. I asked for a non-handicap room and got a handicap room. Parking was overfilled, no place to park. The morning front desk person was rude on 11/5/25. The noise level was loud most of the time.

The room is clean and having great amenities. I like the kitchenette in particular. The gym and pool are lovely. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staffs. They’re not only helpful but also friendly! Highly recommend !

Room was great! Staff was friendly. The pool water was a little chilly but otherwise our stay was great. This is ome of our favorite places to stay.

Breakfast was good until our Sunday checkout day. We were down at 8:30am and there were no hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits) available. I eat mostly protein so this wasn’t ideal. I made a sugary waffle instead. There were no plates or paper plates available. Asked the front desk worker and she seemed annoyed at the question and was unaware that breakfast a few feet away from her was a disaster...

The room was clean. The area was quiet. The attendant couldn't make himself put the phone down while I was checking in. Their definition of breakfast was a bread loaf and coffee. No coffee maker in the room. I guess that's all you can get now if you don't want to spend more than $100.00

They just need to do a better job with the smell it stinks in the whole establishment like theres possibly mildew somewhere.

My boyfriend and I stayed here 2 nights for the MAHA fest. Rooms were clean, quiet, and affordable, had all amenities that we needed. Employees were friendly, and had tasty free breakfast. Would stay again!

A perfect location for my stay. Quiet neighbourhood, easy parking, close to restaurants and stores. The room is spacious, although outdated. Appliances are working.

The room smelled like it was cleaned with too much bleach. It was super clean, not enough pillows though. Parking was pretty good.

The staff was wonderful. The only quirk was I stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, my room key didn't work. It could have been too close to my cellphone. The manager was just outside the office, and noticed me having difficulty. He walked over to my room, asked for my room key, and went and reprogrammed it without me even asking.

Room it’s okay but the hallway it’s messy as seems. It much regular clean up going on. House keeping don't knock the door when wanna clean the room.

We liked the location, things were very close, no matter what we wanted to do. We liked the staff, they were very kind and very helpful. We even magically got locked out of our room, it was strange, but the man at the front desk that night was extremely patient and understanding and helpful and got us in. The room was the perfect size and the kitchen was amazing. There could be at least 1 baking tray...
