Paid for a queen bed and had a full size. On 3rd floor, no elevator, husband is disabled and received no help with luggage. Only 3 tv stations, none local, and lost reception every 2 minutes. Roaches.

The room was dingy, the shower curtain rod was broken, the chair in the room looked like it was dragged from the back alley (broken, dirty). There are all stairs at the property, so not accessible for wheelchairs or rolling luggage at all. Breakfast was dry toast or dry cereal - no spreads, or butter, or milk. The guy at the front desk was picking at his feet and going barefoot when my husband walked by. The rooms are non-smoking, but the entire property reeked of ****. Not a good experience, and we will never stay there again.

The room was clean. The area was quiet.
The attendant couldn't make himself put the phone down while I was checking in.
Their definition of breakfast was a bread loaf and coffee.
No coffee maker in the room.
I guess that's all you can get now if you don't want to spend more than $100.00

Staff was ok. It took the clerk about a minute to look up from his phone and notice me. The room had empty wrappers on the chair. Stained bedding, and cockroaches. It was DISGUSTING!

Was not told ahead of time that there was a $25 fee for checking in early. Then the main light in room was not working. Toilet stool holder was broken

They just need to do a better job with the smell it stinks in the whole establishment like theres possibly mildew somewhere.

Carpet was nasty.land not just the room. The bed sheets had stains on them. The shower curtain had stains on them. Didn't get enough linens for bathing and I gave 2 little samples of shampoo one wasn't even half full.Unfortunately that's the only picture I took The phone wasn't even hooked up or even workable, the cord jack that plugs into the phone is broke.
Fire alarm systems were loose in the ceiling, hanging from wires, the bathroom light hanging from wires. They let Beatbox music through the walls. Go until 2:30 in the morning and then copped an attitude when my husband went down and said something. All of this makes me avoid the Wyndham hotels chain in the future

The room I booked for the reservation wasn't available so I was given another room where the television and the lights were not working. I asked for help with the issues and was met with aggression at every turn the entire encounter. I then asked for a refund to go somewhere else and was told i had to contact ******* since thats whom I booked the reservation with only to have ******* tell me that they're not responsible for a refund and that my money had to come from the management at the motel which of course denied giving me anything but the same rude behavior. I'm out over 100 dollars due to having to Uber to a different place and this whole ordeal was a disaster and disappointing on behalf of the motel and this booking service
