Disappointed with Lost Item Handling
The hotel has a good location and clean rooms, which I appreciated during my stay. However, I was very disappointed with how they handled a lost item.
After checking out and moving to another hotel, I realized I had forgotten my jacket in the room. I called the hotel the same night, but the staff told me there was no supervisor available. I called again the next morning and spoke with the supervisor, but they said no jacket was found, which I find hard to believe.
I’m very upset because I’m sure I left it there. I hope the hotel can improve how they handle lost and found items in the future.

THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN SO, PREPARE TO HAVE THE TELEVISION ON ALL NIGHT. SOME APE SCARED THE CUSTOMERS WITH SOME CRAZY BANGING SOUNDS AGAINST CONCRETE BUT THE DOOR LOCKS MADE ME FEEL SAFE.

Very basic. I was very disappointed as whole place stunk to high heaven of ********. Supposed to be non smoking hotel but obviously they don't enforce it. I felt very unsafe due to other residents behaviour.

Good cheap hotel with free parking, the rooms are decent. The crowd that the hotel attracts are a bit special, but it wasn’t an issue. I had no noise or any other issues. It was quiet, comfy, cheap, JUST what I needed for one night.

The motel is a super trendy one!!! I like it a lot! The ground floor has spacious patio for u to sit and relax. There is also a bar where u can order drinks. The motel has around 2-3 levels (can’t Rmb as I didn’t count actually). My room located on the 1st floor with a big window facing the ground floor’s patio area. The room is big from my point of view and also the toilet. The motel provide all the amenities except toothbrush set so u have to bring ur own. The beds are reli comfy and I felt safe at night within and outside of the motel. Around 5 min walking to the downtown Vegas area . I couldn’t hear any music or party sound from my room. There is NO elevator in this motel so get urself prepare to walk around 15 steps to each floor .

Excellent Subway location! The prices are cheaper than all of the surrounding Subway restaurants and the quality of service is just excellent! The portions are great and the food tastes great! Would definitely recommend!!!

Do not eat here. Me and my boyfriend got food poisoning. Should've known to change my mind eating here once I saw that some of them eat had frost bite. And their bacon looked super old. My fault at the end of the day but doesn't mean I can't warn everyone else

Located in the El Cortez, the sandwiches come in handy in the whee early hours. Aside from the usual drunken patrons during after -drinking- hours, the service is as fast as one person could possibly make it. I don't go out of my way to eat here for lunch or dinner, but I do make a point to come here for my 4am freshly made sandwich.
