It is about 1h walking to/from the strip, breakfast included eggs, bacon, pancakes, milk and cereal missing some fruit or veggies. The room was clean and very nice.

Staff was nice, But hotel rooms were not clean, I found ants all around my hotel room and the furniture was dirty, if the place was cleaner maybe I would rate it higher but the experience here was just ok

Although this hotel is a bit away from the center of Las Vegas, it wasn’t an issue at all since an Uber ride cost only around $10. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary coffee service. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would happily recommend it.

Our door refused to open, we had to get maintained everytine we needed to get into our room. The pool is closed so no amenities. There was tons of mold in the bath room

We had a bit of a mishap. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, only to be told they had no rooms available, even though we had booked ours half a month in advance. I immediately contacted Trip.com, and they responded very quickly, transferring me to their overseas department. The customer service agent was incredibly helpful; she immediately called the hotel to find out what was going on. It turned out the hotel saw we hadn't arrived by midnight and, since Las Vegas was hosting a popular convention, they assumed we weren't coming and sold our room. We were staying for four days, why would we not show up? I really don't understand what the hotel was thinking. Trip.com was amazing, helping us negotiate and simultaneously looking for available rooms at nearby hotels. Everything was so booked up; we waited a long time with no news. Then, suddenly, the hotel said they had a room after all! Apparently, the hotel manager gave up their own suite for us. I'm really grateful for Trip.com's coordination and also thankful to that hotel manager. Even though they didn't hold our room and left us waiting in the cold for an hour (after a ten-plus hour flight, rushing straight to the hotel, only to be hit with this bombshell), thankfully it all got resolved in the end. I'm still very appreciative of Trip.com's quick response and assistance.

It was very clean and I really liked it. I'd consider staying again. The service was decent, but you have to check out by 11 AM, and the staff actually comes around knocking on doors to remind you.

The room was very clean and well-equipped, and it was quite spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel has its own parking lot with plenty of spaces. It's conveniently located very close to the Las Vegas *****; a straight walk takes you to MGM, and a few steps further is the Bellagio. The hotel offers its own breakfast for $10 per person, which is a nice price. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Check-in can be done in Chinese, which is a great convenience for Chinese tourists. The surrounding area felt very safe, as we frequently saw patrolling police officers, which was reassuring. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Las Vegas!

AC did not work (given a oscillating fan)
Bathroom sink leaked
Shower head leaked from the wall
Room door had no lock, only a latch
Room door handle would stick and not open from the outside on occasion.
Breakfast buffet was not even close to what the pictures showed.
Front desk help were very friendly and helpful.

Frontdesk staff are not friendly and not approachable given that my niece is pregnant and she has small kid. They don't even show willingness to accomodate us politely.

But still I gave 3 star for the breakfast attendants are amazing especially Mr. Lee.

Very accomodating and the food is better than other hotels.

I always love this place. Hard Rock is my favorite Casino in Vegas. But the service here is always slow. Food is good, but I am big on customer service, and it sucks.

These stars are not a reflection of Mr. Pick us but of my absent minded server. I waited 5min at the bar before I tapped a server on the shoulder for a coffee which he had no problem retrieving for me! He came back and said if its not fresh I've made a fresh pot! Score for this guy (wish I knew his name it was 1:58am 12/9). Back to Christian K. Okay so I ask him for a shot and let him know coffee is being retrieved! He bring the shot back and instead of just setting it aside proceeds to pour it in to not refresh coffee! Np. I explain he retrieves another shot and sets it aside! Ty! So at this point I've already ordered wheat toast? We are going on 15min at the point of ordering! As a former server a toast order would have been entered and done! Nope! This fool comes back to me after he's been waiting other tables and asks have I decided on my order? To which I say The Toast? And he responds oh yeah! Boi! tf is going on!? We are at 25min for Spiked coffee and Wht. Toast!? Obsurd! Oh get this. I got the toast and nothing to put butter or jelly on with? Lord, I truly don't have the patience or the time! This is the lamest service I've experienced in this hotel for the time we've been here! Oh well.. That was a drag just explaining it.. Love love

Nice and famous diner open 24 hours a day. You can choose to sit at the counter or a table. The menu changes as the day goes on and they have everything a diner should have and then some. Breakfast was my favourite time to eat there with the classic coffee mugs that gets topped off at all times. Nice and friendly staff.

Breakfast Bloody Marys are surprisingly very good. The bloody mary mix was decent, but the toppings were the highlight. The waffle sandwich was very good. I can only describe it as a McGriddle on Steroids. If you order this bloody mary, do not order anything else. This filled me up very much. Breakfast and drink (best of both worlds!).

Good food portions... One plate can easily feed two. Reasonably priced with excellent food quality. A good stop by any time of the day.
