Room was nice. I stayed there before remodel, so noticeable updates. Shower never got above warm which was unfortunate Valet was A++

The pool is closed this time of year, not much to do outside with family. The grounds smell like a septic tank when you walk around??? Especially by the parking area.
Hot tub in room is awesome!
Professional work area is fantastic. Quiet cubes were helpful.

The entire property is beautiful. My room was immaculate. Room service staff were amazing and had my room cleaned on time every day.

All amenities are not included with your stay. Most are extra pay. I don’t understand why they mix the two making it very confusing for people to understand which things you can use and which are not.
Take the massage chair out of the free gym if your don’t want people to sit on it, or put a sign that warns people “ $25 to use it “

The lighting in the room was horrible.
Need LED bulbs so people can see.
Also the door to the balcony needs repairing.

Everything was wonderful. I created a lot of memories with my family. The pool was closed for the season but the spa had a pool we could enjoy.

A great hotel away from the hectic Las Vegas *****. Great staff, really friendly and helpful. Gardens and pool area are excellent, a great place to relax.
