The M was amazing, clean, the staff was very friendly. The food at the Jayde@16 was delicious and the pool area was amazing.

I had not been to Las Vegas in nearly 20 years. I kept hearing how expensive everything was, but found the M Resort and Casino to be fairly priced. The place is beautiful. The staff was friendly and the prices of drink and food seemed reasonable. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Las Vegas.

Clean and quiet room Best service!

The room was clean and stocked. Unfortunately, during our stay, we replaced right next to the elevators. We had the continuous noise from people walking in and out of the elevators and what not. Aside from that it was a lovely hotel and view.

Elyse at the front desk was fantastic! The breakfast was great with many choices and the hotel spacious and clean. There were not many people there during tge week and the small village next door was mostly empty although there were a couple of nice restaurants open.

The entire property is beautiful. My room was immaculate. Room service staff were amazing and had my room cleaned on time every day.

All amenities are not included with your stay. Most are extra pay. I don’t understand why they mix the two making it very confusing for people to understand which things you can use and which are not. It was perfect for the stay for an event we had to attend. Even though it was a busy weekend for Vegas the hotel was chill and plenty of amenities to keep us content. The pool was closed :( but other than that we would definitely stay again.

Paid parking, you have to pay via an app or website on your phone. When I notified the staff that that wasn't working for me, he said I will hold the amount from your deposit. When I wanted to give him my license plate he said he doesn't need it. Didn't feel to good, what did I pay for if he didn't needed my license plate?

I missed my flight, so I chose this hotel at the last minute. It's close to the airport, and there's a shuttle bus; just follow the signs from the passenger terminal to the hotel shuttle point. The driver was very nice and helped me with my things. The hotel's location is a bit remote, but it's only for a short stay. It's much better than the Motel 168 I stayed at before.

Spectacular view of Sphere and the bathroom was impressively large and clean. One issue stood out — the sink design isn’t user-friendly for shorter guests. It’s set far back on the countertop, which made it difficult to bend over to wash my face or brush my teeth. Other than that, everything else about the stay was good. And thank you for the complimentary bottle of red wine!

Great location to many of the activities in Vegas. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The large soaking tubs with jets was a nice way to relax after a long flight in. The hotel staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. The layout is a bit confusing for first time visitors as it has three large towers, each with their own entrance. I booked a king-sized bed room, but the front desk gave me a twin room, saying there were no king rooms available.
