There is absolutely no reason to Frequent any business with the Vanerplump name on it. They are all " real housewives" overpriced garbage. Restaurants suck and now the ****** in Vegas give her a hotel. Which sucks even more. Stay away.

I have a very specific drink that I ask for. It is fairly uncommon, but the bartender not only knew it, but gathered the actual correct ingredients instead of using what was available. Every time I come to this place, they go above and beyond without fear of perjury Leo and Rachel were AMAZING

We make it a point to stop at our favorite Cromwell bar at least once each year during our March Madness trip. Angelina takes great care of us every time. What really amazed me this time was the number of people that stopped to say “Hi” and/or grab a drink specifically from her. Each one was like a family member to her. She either has the largest family I’ve ever seen or she’s just really really good at what she does.

Honestly I was very disappointed. There was mold on the ceilings in the shower. The ceiling was rusted and had some unknown dried liquid splashed on it in the bathroom. The wall next to the shower was falling apart and in disrepair. The lighting in the room was very poorly lit. Some is the ceiling lights were working only half the time. While I was gambling the waitress only once came around and asked if I wanted a drink and that was in the morning. I was there for five days. When I arrived to check in I had to find staff in the backroom because they were not at the front counter. Touch and hold a clip to pin it. Unpinned clips will be deleted after 1 hour. I have been to Las Vegas several times and I can say this was the worst stay of all of them. I had high hope because it advertised well. I realize you are rebranding and remodeling but everything I mentioned should have been cared for by the staff. I assume the same staff will be there when it becomes the Vanderpump so I am doubtful I will stay there ever again. For what it is worth my room number was 735. Maybe someone will see everything I said was accurate and address them for the future guests.

Run down room … bathroom window had no screen… phone buttons didn’t work. Paid 55 resort fee for what? No WiFi …no pool…. No valet…

I stayed at The Cromwell in Las Vegas with my husband for his 40th and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the Strip—making it easy to get around. Having a Starbucks on site was also a big plus for quick coffee runs in the morning. Before arriving, I was a bit unsure after reading some mixed reviews, but I’m happy to say our stay turned out to be a positive one. The rooms have a quirky, classic Vegas style which gave them a bit of personality. While they are slightly on the tired side, everything was functional and comfortable. The bed was cosy, the TV was good, and I particularly loved the bathroom and shower. The added vanity area was a great touch and made getting ready much easier. The only downside was that we didn’t receive housekeeping during our stay, despite requesting it at check-in. That said, it didn’t cause too much inconvenience as there were plenty of towels and toiletries provided, which lasted us the full four nights. All in all, a solid stay in a great location with a unique vibe—just a small improvement needed on housekeeping.

Had what could have been a nightmare of an experience , quickly remedied by the beautiful soul working up front. Truly understands the meaning of customer service! Thank you for the cookies!

The worst hotel experience. Front desk guy has no personality. Didn’t greet me. The room was awful. Shower was flooding, phone in the room didn’t work. The sinks hot water and cold water were not on the correct faucet. They were not helpful or accommodating. It’s outdated and old. Service is a 0

The hotel was low key and relaxed, front desk staff was friendly and very attentive.
I had to request all of my room cleaning and towels, they would only leave 2 of each at a time it seems.
Resort fees are exorbitantly high for what you get, a very crappy gym and basic Internet.
However, I did like that The property is very small and easy to navigate compared to large properties on the ***** that can often take you 20 minutes to get from your room to the front door.
Friendly staff whenever you encountered them.

The room was covered with mold and covered dust on the bed the couch the drinking cups and snacks that provided in the room. Room couldn’t been cleaned or check out to travelers I hope in months. Complained to the staff and mangers and was told that my husband and I will be accommodated for one night stay only to be told at check out time 4am that they were in the middle of a overnight audit and couldn’t get in the system for a update itemized bill but ensure me it will be taken care of. Of course I get a charge three days later by going online checking my credit statement and still no email confirmation on what been charged. Worse experience I ever have.

I give it 2 stars for the environment. We've been to Vegas 5 times now, and we always try to explore each Hotel/Casino we stay in.
We wanted to take advantage of the happy hour, but one get one margaritas and drafts. The margaritas are like a cheap slushi. Don't get me wrong, I can enjoy a cheap margarita, but not this one. It comes out of the dispenser looking like gel and ice made a baby, and the liquor just sits on top of that and never stirs in! It's gross. My husband's fish ($18) was waaay overcooked and possibly old, the fries are bland, too. My coleslaw came dry, which I found to be strange. Also strange, the habanero sauce smelled like it had turned bad. It tasted horrible, too. The bbq sandwich was good and the 2 for 1 drafts is good, but not much else is worth it. The people who work there look forced to be there. C'mon Flamingo. We ate at the Margaritaville Restaurant a day before it the prices are better and the food is way more quality. Hiw can both of these places be under the same roof!?

I was in a hurry between shows. I got great service from Payton. He made great suggestions and made sure I got great food service and out. Quick enough to meet my plans. Only negative was the price. Great customer service.

IMHO, the food is superb. If any portion of the food is not up to par you should and can notify someone and it will be corrected. That is part of what you're paying for.
The beef Wellington on the night I went was probably the best beef I have ever had.

Cons: member in our party ordered rare. Food came medium well. Promptly corrected.
Don't go to the bathroom. Mens room appeared it belonged in a gas station. Comparatively, local casino bathrooms, General restrooms, even some McDonald restrooms are better. As in stalls have no walls, practically full exposure to hand washing sink. I don't want to even catch a glimpse of someone when I look at myself in the mirror when washing my hands.

Yeah it has nice hand paper towels but the soap dispenser was not working. Ugh. So avoid restroom.

My wife told the staff that this was our wedding anniversary dinner. We dressed "Business Casual" (jackets required) which we assumed would be appropriate for the venue. We saw people going in/out wearing jeans and other "street casual" attire (no jackets). We were seated between two other couples against the wall within view of the kitchen area. We expected to be in a quiet area for an intimate dinner. The food was very good, with the exception that my wife's loaded baked potato was not done in the center (she removed it & ate the rest). The prices are high but appropriate for the "branding" of a celebrity chef.

Amazing food! As we didn't have a reservation we are bar side but the atmosphere and service were top notch. Unique and interesting cocktails. Had the Beef Wellington as its always a staple on Hells Kitchen and so glad I did. After dinner finished with sticky pudding and omg it's over the top. Highly recommend eating here if you get the chance.

My husband and I are Gordon Ramsey junkies! This was our first visit to Vegas... so of course we HAD to try his steak house. Literally everything I put in my mouth was amazing. The pork belly was out of this world. And the steak, was to die for. I’m not one who ever eats fatty parts of meat, but not even that went to waste. The service was excellent, we never went without. Top notch! Can’t wait to experience his other restaurants!

Should have walked out when I saw the place was empty. The seabass was fishy and raw... The noodles were overly spicy and not tolerable. The prawns had over sweetened glaze that gave me a headache. The duck was a disaster. Deep fried till black crusted and dry dark meat. It should not be on the menu. My wife threw up an hour later after eating this disgusting food. We paid $70 a person for what we thought would be a delicious meal, Instead we got shafted. The five waiters with their thumb up their ass added to the impersonal service. One guy could only bring water. The plates came out together without any contemplation about allowing us to finish one plate at a time. This place is a tourist trap. The ceiling thing opening up is stupid. The whole restaurant is empty, but they keep everyone sitting in the same four tables.

We really love Mr Chow but wasn’t like I was expecting today, it’s not about the money お金 its about how you can feel at the last, a nice special food is always important だいじ I lived in Japan for almost 18 years my husband is American “ MR CHOW CHECK YOUR MENU HOW THEY MAKE THE DINNER I THINK THAT YOU WILL KNOW THAT IS TIME FOR PUT ATTENTION because the food is like ANY OTHER CHINESE OR JAPANESE RESTAURANT LIKE PFCHAIN ( simple example) I believe that you will get the ? % quality soon !

Wonderful atmosphere and menu! My husband and I loved attending Social Hour from 5-7. Fabulous drink and food specials! Wanted to go back every night during our stay at Caesars.
12.07.2017 Ramirez
I went here after the absinthe show 3/8/17 with my son. I thought it was going to be amazing according to how Caesar's promotes it "amazing views, amazing food...." but $310 later (that's with only 2 cocktails) choosing the prefix menu as suggested I was absolutely disappointed. The food was comparable to a mid-grade Chinese restaurant. I hate to say that because the wait staff was awesome and they deserve to work in a place that serves better food. Until they get their food act together don't go here. There are sooo many other good innovative places to eat in Vegas (even in Caesar's). Sorry guys .... you only
Get one star and that's being generous.
