Spacious room but should have more lighting in the room, there were 3 lights in the whole room, 1one in the hall way and 2 were on both side of the bed.

1) Car got broken into during our stay, and security has been very nice but not that helpful. We lost over $1500 worth of camping gear and were not offered any type of compensation for getting stuff stolen when parking in THEIR garage, even right next to a security camera. At the very least expected our stay somewhat comped as an apology. This place does not feel safe and they can't even tell us if they caught it on camera. Their hands are tied and I need to follow up with the detective on my case...but it's their own cameras...perhaps they are just for show.
2) Cost us an extra $75/day for a dog but provided ZERO dog amenities. If you are charging per day rather than just a cleaning fee then I expect to gain something per day. Plus they put us in the far tower, which took forever to get outside (through 2 elevators and several hallways) every time he had to potty.
3) I'm pretty sure the terrible shrimp I had at the pool gave me food poisoning.
Other than those issues the location is right next to Fremont Street and some of the workers were very friendly (bellhop and security). The room was adequate - kinda smelly in the beginning but had clean beds and working shower.
I will not be staying again, and am still weighing my options about what to do about my stuff getting stolen. I understand they have limited liability but that doesn't absolve them completely.
