First time to Reno NV and well it was pretty cool. This hotel is a bit dated with decor but dont let that fool you. Our bed was comfortable and the room was clean and itbhas a good size fridge, the downside is there is no microwave and our view was crap. The room window was facing an exit door and the wall to the next building. There's a couple fast food restaurants up the street within walking distance, we didnt get to eat there but no biggy next time. The casino is great!! Many options of games and ill tell you this.... we go to Vegas 2x a year and this trip to Reno and gambling at THIS casino, I came home WAY up. AMA if you'd like.

Everything about this hotel was extraordinary! The bed, the shower, and all the other accommodations were 5-Star! The shampoo and conditioner were fabulous. This is our new go to hotel when traveling to the Reno area!

This hotel is full of mold. It is all over the showers and inside the toilets.
You can see mold growing from behind the grout in the shower.
Vents are clogged with dust.
Very musty and muggy inside with odd smells everywhere.
Would not recommend nor would I tell anyone to stay here.
Be aware. And if you've gotten sick while staying here now you know why.

Carpet stained in every area. Smells like moldy linens and the darkest fabrics are used. Very outdated but you get what you pay for. This was courtesy of a company, however I would never stay here. It’s a motel not a basic hotel even. I’m too tired and sleepy to look at the badly stucco walls. If you are used to a standard of hotel stay this is not it. I wish I had a positive take on this place.

I've stayed here on two different work trips.
The rooms have been clean, spacious and quiet. They are dated, but are well equipped with a Keurig and mini fridge.
The parking is free but isn't always the most convenient due to the proximity to the casino (which is a separate building across the parking lot).
The area appears to be safe but I have heard the marina may not always be the safest place. I have not experienced any issues.
I have not tried the food in the casino, but have been told the restaurants are pretty good.
The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Other staff also are very welcoming.

The room is spacious, clean and bright. It is located by the lake, more than 10 minutes' drive from the city center. It feels relatively safe. There are no homeless people near the hotel. Parking is free and the price-performance ratio is very high.
