I booked a suite with two double beds, and since I was planning to walk all day, I emailed the hotel directly to make sure I would be able to get a room with a bathtub to relieve my fatigue, but unfortunately, because a group of guests had arrived on the day, I ended up with a room with only a shower during my stay, which was disappointing. There was also no coffee maker in the room, so I had to go to the bar area near the front desk to get one until 11am, which was inconvenient. It was a short distance from the room, but when I had no choice but to get dressed and go to get a coffee, I happened to see a person wearing only a bathrobe with the front open, with their legs open and barefoot, which taught me that I don't need to be so careful. I was in a hurry to look away, so I don't know if the person was a man or a woman.
It was convenient that you could request a free shuttle bus (only a tip) anywhere within the map of Santa Fe center (you can get a map) from around 9 or 10am until 10pm.
When you leave the hotel, tell the front desk and wait at the entrance, and a very friendly driver will come to you in about 1-5 minutes. Also, to pick up from outside to the hotel, you need to call the front desk and tell them the location. This time, I couldn't use the phone in the United States, so I used Uber taxi every time I went back, but I had no problem using Uber taxi in Santa Fe. It's okay to walk to the center during the day, but it seems better to avoid walking after dark for safety reasons. Tomasita's restaurant, which is just a few minutes walk away, served very delicious southwestern food. Also, if you leave the hotel door and go around the parking area, you'll find the Saturday morning Farmers Market right outside the back door. There is also an area (indoors and outdoors) adjacent to the Farmers Market where you can buy souvenirs such as accessories and tile art directly from local producers, which was fun.
At night, you can enjoy live music in the restaurant area with a fireplace. The Native American flute performance was very fantastic and wonderful.
The room has a high ceiling and is spacious, but there is no door on the sink, so it's a bit hesitant to use the hair dryer when someone is sleeping. The bed was high, so Japanese people had to climb up on it and couldn't sit down, but it was very comfortable.

The hotel offered a discount to my partner when they called before reserving a room for the weekend. We were excited to visit the spa but the availability increased quickly during our stay. If you are interested, I would recommend emailing them ASAP to schedule. I was really looking forward to the jacuzzi, but it was closed during our stay. Otherwise the hotel staff was very friendly and their concierge Rick was always willing to help and recommend things to do in Santa Fe. It was a great experience, even though we didn't get to do it yet. Thank you! 🥰

A beautiful hotel with wonderful friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Spacious room with a very comfortable king bed, beautiful updated bath/shower and patio. Excellent bar and restaurant with a beautiful patio and covered lounge, we enjoyed the serene garden with large outdoor pool and quick shuttle to the square which is a 2 minute walk away. Also not to be missed is the farmers market across from the hotel on Saturday and Tuesday. Thank you so much for making our 6 days in Santa Fe unforgettable. Zhukovs

Nice old Santa Fe feel in the lounge, restaurant, bar and room. Great southwestern paintings in the hallways. Good New Mexican breakfasts and dinners, although a bit overpriced. Staff very friendly and easy to deal with. Also there was a free shuttle service to the Santa Fe plaza which we did not use since we had a car.

The hotel shuttle was excellent. Our hats off to our driver Rick! Would not have wanted to walk to the plaza area due to it seemed a little sketchy. So The shuttle took us everywhere and picked us up. The hotel itself had authentic native decor which was nice but it felt old and stale. Service from all the staff was excellent!

Super nice staff, very dog friendly and some of the kindest guests I've ever met. If you are relying on any of the spa/dog watching amenities listed online, be sure to book in advance as they may not be available. Nice room, convenient location, pretty good restaurant. The shower and furnishings were amazing and they even accommodated a required later check out for us.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very kind, lovely pool and hot tub, and the hotel is close to almost everything you'd want to see in Santa Fe - also with free bus to major areas to see.... But, the hotel is incredibly loud. I've never been to a hotel that is this loud. There is heavy foot steps, so much slamming and banging that things shake in the room - until at least 1 am, one night we were kept awake until 2:30 am. The slamming and banging continues around 6 am. It's been very hard to enjoy Santa Fe when you've only had so little sleep.

This hotel exceeded every expectation. We are very happy with our stay, wife was debating on one more day here, but alas goodbyes would be as tough tomorrow as today.

We have a few basic expectations of a hotel and a price point of around $120 bucks to get them. Decent wireless internet where we can stream, comfortable bed, Continental breakfast (maybe with something hot), quiet rooms, clean.

Our price point was met, but the rooms were gorgeous, the building is warm, inviting, decorated well. Breakfast is in a very nice 3rd floor space with views of the city. Rooms are turned down twice daily, with locally made chocolate on our pillows each evening. Staff are all willing to share advice on places to visit, things to do. Our bags were carried to our room with a personal overview of the hotel and our actual room. The shuttle took us to dinner one night, but a few days worth of entertainment is within walking distance.

Highly recommend.
