Perfect in every way

Was on the main floor at the end of the hall. Live played late and could be heard. Not loud be distracting while trying to sleep. Went to bar around 4 pm to order food. Staff was not very helpful or customer friendly. Short and did not like me asking questions about the menu. Was not busy at the time. Front desk was nice and helpful. Very accommodating to our needs for disabled person. Room was clean.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times with a good experience. Before check-in, I received an email that requested prior online check-in. The process involved submitting credit card info, picture of id, etc. I completed this time-consuming task only to arrive and be told the info didn't transfer over.... ok, and we did it all over again. Check in process was less than satisfactory.

We stayed here for three nights over the new years. The hotel property is old and many fixtures show signs of wear. That said our stay was comfortable. We never wanted for anything or found anything non-functional. The location is also convenient, however the property itself is not stand alone, but they have a free shuttle to and from the plaza. Food is good. Service was little scatter-shot but could have been because of the new years holidays.

A beautiful traditional hotel. Rooms are a bit dated but the decor and ambiance is nice. Location is not directly in the mix but a short drive or walk to shops and dining.
Overall I like the hotel but will probably stay somewhere closer to town next time.

Didn't find staff all that friendly, ordered hot choc, presentation awful cream all dripping down the sides.
Pool was covered in bugs & leaves.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No complementary drinks of any kind in room, no water, used environmental excuse and that they had a water dispenser machine at reception....gives out cloudy warm water. Could have reusable glass bottles in rooms, 750 or 1000mls.
They offer tea/coffee for a limited time in the morning at reception area.
Breakfast not included.
Have to say our massages were absolutely amazing albeit very expensive we would be half the price back in Scotland.

Easy close parking to room, clean room, beautiful grounds in a lovely safe area close to everything, Mario drove a bus twice and gave helpful tips, staff was amazing, coffee bar in am and pm food options were wonderful perk, COZY fire in the lobby well tended. free entertainment from a local native flutist was surreal and exceptional! we were truly amazed at the level of quality and care at this beautiful Native owned Hotel and cultural establishment. I will 100% stay here again and again and share with friends and family - Hotel Santa Fe is a MUST STAY!

Love that the Hotel Santa Fe is owned and operated by the Native American Picuris Pueblo tribe. Can’t recommend this hotel enough…it was the BEST!!!
