The fact they will sell a room and full price with no hot water is crazy. Its been 6 days since we had hot water. The supposed "Repair" person just walks around all day doing nothing. Corporate, if you're reading this, get some new hires who know what they are doing. Dont stay tattoo this place

My family and I stayed here for about 2months and what can I say the place is perfect for a family or someone who getting back in their feet the room was clean everything works in it they have no bugs which is really good. They have washer and dryers on site that work good all the staff here are super awesome and really nice they make you feel at home! lego in from desk always there to help when we needed something and maintenance was always there to fix the problem! Alex from night security was always doing his job never had to worry about my car! They accept dogs no weight limit like most hotel! This is definitely a hotel I'll be coming back too!

This room is really nice, good with customer service and really clean. The property accepts dogs as long as you clean after them. And the front desk is really kind and helpful for giving me a chance.. this place is Amazing

Great place. Easy access to freeway. Clean rooms. Friendly and prompt staff. Lego was awesome. Made checking in a BREEZE!

I already had the opportunity to stay at another of their locations, but I really liked this one. It's very quiet and clean, there are no bedbugs or cockroaches, and the entire staff is very nice. The manager Leslie is always willing to listen or clarify any doubts, Iand that everything is always in order. 💖🙏🏾

I moved in on a Tuesday. I had to have housekeeping come back and clean the floor because it was dirty and sticky. For 4 days straight I had to complain about the smoke detector before they finally replaced it. The room was infested with roaches. The manager accused me of being a ****** yesterday because he refused to admit he was wrong about handing me a package that has not yet been delivered. He had a receptionist illegally record me on his cellphone when I came back to ask them to look again for the package I was expecting. The manager also had the receptionist lie and say she was standing there when he handed me the package that morning. I checked the tracking and the package had not even been delivered, so clearly both the manager and receptionist lied. After being accused of being a ******, I called the manager a female dog in which he threw me out the hotel. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

The front desk guy is amazing. We had some issues but as soon as we mentioned them, they were taken care of. The room itself is a normal, adequate room. It's nothing fancy, but for the price it's great. I'm staying at least another week, maybe 2. I'm waiting on an apartment and I'll stay here until it's ready

I guess every night is cinco de mayo up on the third floor! Cant ever catch a break without some proud mexicans partying right outside my door EVERY SINGLE NIGHT !! Wooohooo! Also, how much bigger are these rooms than mine because i cant see how 3 men a single room my size or smaller could possibly be comfortable to celebrate anything in.. Anywho, i guess its mi vida loca until further notice!

My stay is over 1 month, more like two, friendly folks & a fairly tame parking lot. Clean & well maintained property & has been a fairly pleasant experience. 1 & only drawback has been somewhat malfunctioning double entry “open path” system but dwelling is still accessible due to dedicated staff & friendly tenants.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room is clean and pretty quiet for the most part. Only downside is that there is no oven and it's a bit pricey.
