Shower didn't drain. Elevator broken. Food at the restuarant was no good - not sure why this place is so highly rated? expensive for what you get

The grounds and interior decor is awesome. I really like that part of my stay. The room was pretty basic. They were understaffed on Thanksgiving - it took 30 minutes to get a drink, and when my Gf went over to Ashlee to let her know how long we've been waiting, as other people were being served, her retort was, "Maybe this isn't a good fit for you." I'm thinking that job may not be a good fit for her. *Also expect random charges on your card that they don't tell you about, nor provide a receipt. When I called (twice) about the charges, the front desk was very dismissive. I like the hotel, but the current customer service people should be reminded of their job description.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is very convenient. However, my room (564) has a strong smell of paint. I think it comes from the bed desk. My partner shows symptoms of allergies. Since we only live for 2 nights, we don’t want to change the room. But people who are sensitive to smells should be cautious.

Check in was fast and friendly as well as the checkout. One of the best place I have stayed. Everyone friendly cleans are very clean and easy to access

Travel to the area with my family of four. Stayed in a room with two double beds. The room was well equipped however, the beds were a little small, but they were doubles and not queens. Staff was amazing at check-in very friendly. And the fresh chocolate chip cookies were delightful. We enjoyed the hot tub and even swim in the heated pool.

All was well with room. Staff brought glassware to room that was missing. Given bizarre location of parking behind the building separate from the main lobby entrance, some provision needs to be made for unloading and loading of luggage - luggage carts, bell hops or back entrance from parking to lobby. When i arrived, there was only one luggage cart and it was being used. Maintenance located another one and brought it to me after a short wait.

Room 667. End table lamp very poorly lit and wobbly. Fitted sheets did not fit and came off bed while sleeping. Two nights of poor sleep from this.

Quick overnight on our way from Texas to home in California. Beautiful hotel with large rooms and a bed that was spectacularly comfortable. Super soft and support at the same time. Close drive to incredible New Mexican food (Si Senor) and great coffee in the AM (Milagro).
