This place is one of my favorite spots for my family and I to just relax for a weekend. We love the staff simply because they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The front desk is always attentive to our needs and accommodates us with whatever it is that we need. The rooms are always clean, they smell fresh, linens are always crisp, and hygiene essentials are always restocked. We love the bar downstairs so you can grab a drink and take it to the hot tub and enjoy a nice peaceful night with your lady while the kiddos are in the big pool. I would recommend the radisson all the time and could give it more stars if I was able too. Thank you guys for making my stay memorable!!

This is a beautiful hotel. Everybody from the Concier to the maintenance. Staff is pleasant and looks happy to be here.

Rooms were nice but we did find a bed bug in the morning on our second night in room 136. We were moved to a different room for our third and final night. The front desk person did not seem at all surprised and kept quiet when I asked if there was a room bed bugs haven’t been reported in. Additionally, no discount or refund was offered.
My kids did enjoy the pools though hence the 2 star review instead of 1 star. I attached a photo of the bed bug before I killed it. Other is after that shows the blood that came out of it.

I booked a room for 2 nights but really got nothing helpful to say coz I just went to check-in left and went back to check out, aside from the room being in good condition and quite spacious, I can’t say nothing about staff and customer service.

We (3 couples) reserved 3 rooms. Long front desk line. One front desk person. The first room - key didn’t work so she returned to the front desk for another key, which also didn't work. One of the staff who was near her door "reset" the lock so she didn't need to return to the front desk a third time. The second room - key worked, but the bed was unmade, so the room was either still occupied or not cleaned. After waiting in a long line to get a new room, the issue was resolved. Third room - key worked but the room was occupied or not yet cleaned. The management of this hotel appears to be a disaster... this is a basic hotel function that was BROKEN! The hotel decor is old and worn. The staff polite but tired and understaffed. Parking convenient. Airport shuttle worked great.

The staff member (Angelica) was not very welcoming or helpful. The room we were moved to after requested upgrade was very out dated and had a smell to the room. We have stay here in the past which is why we chose this location initially. We will not be returning.
